Dr. Aaron Benes changed my life in the most surprising way. I came to him to help me lose weight and deal with a physical postpartum trauma. But he did so much more than just focus on the physical aspects of what I was going through. He helped redefine who I am and how I move about the world. For me, I needed to explore the emotions I was harboring from my physical issues and redevelop qualities like patience, empathy, and acknowledgment. The work I did with Dr. Aaron has repaired longtime broken relationships with family members, improved my marriage, made me a better mother, and given me the tools to be an effective leader at work. Dr. Aaron is the most thoughtful, knowledgeable, and comprehensive coach. I challenge you to even attempt to find someone as good, caring, and thorough. He is invested in your wellbeing, as much, if not more, than you are. From researching the best shoes to wear while training, to investing in specialized lasers to treat you, to using a 12-step filtration process to serve you the cleanest water possible while training with him, to working with your medical providers to ensure that your program is aligned with theirs, Dr. Aaron will stop at nothing to make you the best version of yourself. Grateful does not even begin to describe how blessed I feel for being able to work with him. 10/10 will recommend to anyone!

If you're looking for a great Reiki Master, teacher, Instructor, who is knowledge, fun and down to earth. I definitely recommend Sonya, her classes are fun and she gives you more that what you bargain for! You will definitely walk out of there with the tools you need and then some!! She knows how to handle Different situations as they arise. As She also works with Family Constellation.

What can I say, from mental, physical ,and diet support; he truly is the complete coach. His approach is very personable and tailored to your specific needs, even if those needs change. I have gotten many benefits and understand life situations much better with his coaching. We all have life events that can spin us into a whirlwind and some situations we may not even know the cause of it or that it is causing a negative effect. Aaron has taught me that everything is linked and continues to show me my ever changing life events and how it can affect other aspects in my life. He doesn't take the I know it all approach, but rather the right approach that allows you to better understand your own situation and that has added so much more value in my life that I cannot not measure it with just 5 stars. All I can say is you have to try it yourself no matter your situation. Especially if you have tried other remedies that only have worked temporarily or not at all. You will be surprised at the results in just one session. Thanks Aaron!

Dr Aaron spent a tremendous amount of time prior to my appointment via email and phone gathering information and insight into what it was that I really want to change to better myself. He covered all areas of health: physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and financial health. I could tell , when we met that he was 100% present and engaged in our time. I cannot say that it true for other coaches/trainers . When I left his office , I was tired , but a good tired and felt like I'd had a tune up and was recharged

This place is out of this world. Dr. Aaron coaches each client in the 5 pillars - Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, and Financial (business) - with a customized plan according to each client's desires and dreams. He truly makes those dreams come true. He can get people of any age and at any level of fitness fitter and stronger. Since I've started here my life has dramatically improved. I've achieved goals in my physique that I've wanted to attain for over 20 years! I had better results in 3 months at Imagine Fitness than in 20 years of all I tried combined! My efforts included a personal trainer, running 5 miles on a daily basis, yoga 5 to 7 days a week, P90X, and all this along with being a competitive Ballroom dancer. Since joining Imagine Fitness I also got the self esteem to leave a job that wasn't the right fit anymore, I have found my soul mate, I moved to a new location that I love where I can grow and flourish, and I decided to go back to school. The work that is done here is unprecedented! I sat wit Dr. Aaron for about 2 hours for our initial consultation and was blown away by the amount of knowledge, heart, compassion, and support he exuded and offered to me. This whole process of recovering my physical body (along with the other 4 pillars) has been challenging and quite daunting process, and Dr. Aaron helped pave a way, even in 2 hours, for me to feel more aligned, in touch, and safe with myself in order to achieve the goals I have for myself. As a Chiropractor and owner of a health and wellness facility I am responsible for helping my clients and community reach their full health potential. A referral to Dr. Aaron at Imagine Fitness often comes for those clients that are committed and motivated to be their best version of themselves. When I met Dr. Aaron more than six years ago it was obvious to me he was well trained and very knowledgeable as a health and wellness coach but I needed to try his services myself before I felt comfortable sending my own clients to Imagine Fitness. My three month trial became a year long membership and now six years later I continue with Imagine Fitness because my sessions there enable me to push myself and excel in all the various sports and activities that I love and that make me happy. Thanks to expert coaching and properly designed training programs I can stay fit, and functional despite a physically demanding job where I often find myself lifting and positioning heavy bodies on a daily basis. This is something I want for my clients as well, as it can be frustrating as a Chiropractor to see clients suffer the same ailments over the years because their bodies are not conditioned to maintain proper spinal alignment throughout their normal busy lives. When I walked into Imagine Fitness, I was very skeptical. I was coming from a place where 4 times a week of high intensity workouts were considered the minimum to obtain/maintain strength, fitness and stress at bay. After many years of sustaining such a workout schedule, my body finally gave into injury. Since I only believed that intense workouts could get me results, I felt defeated. At my initial visit with Dr. Aaron Benes, I had a long list of questions. Dr. Aaron confidently and thoroughly answered each of my questions along with presenting supporting documentation. Dr. Aaron's knowledge, expertise and continuing education are an invaluable benefit to his clients. With the exceptional skillfulness of Dr. Aaron, Coach Katie and personalized program, I work out less frequently at a moderate pace and the results have been incredible. Aaron was able to accomplish in 2 weeks what I hadn't been able to do in the prior 2 years. In just 15 days I dropped 20 pounds and was back to what I weighed in college. Aaron is so much more than a personal trainer. His education and experience give him a knowledge base that makes him so much more than a personal trainer. Most importantly for me is that the quick results obtained working with Aaron have lasted. I've been able to keep the weight off and stay healthy by incorporating Aaron's tips into my daily life. I currently train at Imagine Fitness in Newport Beach, CA. I decided on this gym because I had been training for many years at public gyms with limited success due to lack of quality in equipment and lack of knowledge. Imagine Fitness is that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. When people find Imagine Fitness, the word of how this gym actually provides results begins to spread like an epidemic. Many entire families and their closest friends join, making Imagine Fitness feel like a second home. I joined this gym only three and a half months ago, and have seen amazing results. I expressed to Aaron during the “New Client Strategy Session†that I am a dancer who wants to put on weight/muscle in some areas and lose fat in others. Gaining while losing is nearly impossible, but not at Imagine Fitness. I am now able to do push ups and pulls ups, I am eating healthier, tasty, foods, my posture is correcting itself, and I am watching changes happen all around me. Although what I cared about most were the results in physical appearance, I realized that I am also getting other sorts of results as well. My whole core is stronger when I dance, and I am not falling out of turns as much because I am able to balance. There are a few reasons why Imagine Fitness works so quickly. One is that Aaron sets up a perfect progression of weights and exercises that challenges your body at the speed that is just right for you. A 5 pound dumbbell used to feel too heavy to me and now a 25 pound dumbbell has replaced that 5 pound one. Lastly, the family environment has helped me feel that sense of community because I know there are others there who want the best for me, which encourages me to give my all to bettering myself. Imagine Fitness has not only helped my personal confidence, but also my confidence at dance auditions.
