I will continue to do business with the Home Depot , not because of the poor customer service or the lack of knowledgeable staff but mainly because of the best prices of pretty much all hardware stores I've shopped at. It's a shame that they don't seem to care, I guess they don't need to.

Long story short is don't buy anything with store credit because they won't let you return it. They've changed there return policy and is a headache to deal with now. I wish they would have originally given me a gift card for my return and not store credit. I don't know what the difference is except for the fact I'm stuck with a 300$ dollar tool I don't want. Buy your tools from a different company.

very large inventory and naturally a lot of industry workers are souricng equpiment/tools in this area. I had two visits in the smae day - the first visit was Ok and I needed assistance with some air compressor tools and the Home depot employee said "No one really knows anything about that stuff, maybe come back another day". I was shocked that he basically didn't try to ask anyone for help or take a jab at learnign something to sharpen his own knowledge. Nonetheless - I figured it out or so I thought and purchased my parts. I went back a few hours later at 915PM (rgiht before closing) and AJ, a young man who was working helped me for almost fifteen minutes to resolve the compatability issue I had with male/female plugs and couplers in the air compressor aisle. Without hesitation, he was patient, helpful, and glad to help me resolve my dilemma. If the managers are reading this, get more employees like AJ, people like him are the reason I'd come back to Home Depot. My visit was on 2/16/22 at 9pm if that helps find which AJ. haha

Buyer beware. Bought a Brand new fridge , as well as the extended warranty. Fridge came and first was damaged by the delivery guys of which we called within 48 hours to tell them. Then the next day realized the fridge was freezing all the food. I called and they told me to read the manual and then call the manufacturer. I called back again to speak with the manager to return ... they are still refusing . Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very sad because Home Depot was my go to place for everything.

I had a wonderful experience here. I didn't catch her name but an older slender woman helped me find a very specific tiny wooden dowel pin that I would never have been able to find in the store on my own. She was really patient with me trying to communicate to her the size I needed. I was in and out so quickly. This was such a great experience compared to the awful experience I had at the Hawthorne location just yesterday

Terrible customer service. Wasted almost on hour on something that should've been simple. The assistant manager, maritsa, is clueless and offered no assistance. I'll be shopping at Lowe's from now on.

Purchased a garage door opener and installation though Home Depot. The opener came with a one year guarantee. The opener quit working after four months time. I though the store would replace the opener and install a new one. Wrong ! They finally, after my instance gave me a store credit for the old opener but would not agree to installing a replacement. The store manager/assistant manager would not meet with me. I was forced to work with a young lady with no authority. Extremely disappointed with store management. You cannot count on Home Depot for service or dealing with a problem.

Will, the manager, was so helpful with this fire pit I bought today. There was a problem with the item that nobody could've seen until it was opened. After the two garden area workers loaded it into my car for me and I brought it home and began assembling it, I noticed the dial to adjust the gas was broken. Manufacturer said it wasn't something they could fix that I would need Home Depot's help. I called and got through to Will and he was so so helpful. I really appreciated his customer service on a busy day and making sure I got taken care of. Thank you, Will

I was in Thursday looking for furniture legs. Your employee Jager brained stormed for me. Found some make shift legs, cut them down to the size I needed. Just wanted to shout out Marissa, Sam and the new hire who helped me this week. They went out of there way to make me feel like a valued customer. Long story short I went in for some paint earlier in the week and dropped paint all over myself. (You can laugh, I did). Every worker in the paint department came to help. I called Marissa the manager the next day regarding this incident and she went above and beyond to further assist me along with Sam. Thank you!

I had a Kitchen designed by a Home Depot consultant that is faulty and should have never been offered to me. Home Depot is now telling me it is my fault because: 1. I signed off on the design. (Which is a fire hazard) I'm a consumer I didn't know and I asked about the hazard and was told it would be fine. 2. I had someone else do the installation. My installer was following the faulty fire hazard design. Now Home Depot is saying I'm going to have to fix it on my dime! I wish I could give lower than one star this experience has been a total nightmare and is still going..........
