I bought 7 shirts for my work and when I realized it's too big for me. Lastnite I try to return they said I can't because final sale. Spoke to supervisor Antonio, he said it's on the sign and I check it out and the sign did not say that at all next spoke Veronika another supervisor for men's clothes upstair she said it's on the tag. Point is u have a run around on the return policy. If nobody knows what's right and wrong on return for this isle than training for macys is bad. Worst supervisor Veronika treated like I was dump person and can't read. I will never shop at macys again. Now I know why they closing their stores because of bad customer service.

I took a customer to Macy's today to purchase perfume and worth of 1600 dollars worth but the service from Wanda a Vietnamese lady I have to say bad service. If it was up to me I would have return everything and leave. The way she was talking my friend asking about the money? Just FYI she was carrying more than 20k in cash! Don't judge a book by its cover. I will not be taking my high end clients elsewhere.

I needed a suit for an event and went to Macy's to pick one up . I went with a suit by Kenneth Cole. The suit quality was good but the jacket needed to be tailored, so I figured I would use their in-house service. The whole tailor process was so odd. It was like no one knew what was I needed and the tailor seemed annoyed to be helping me . It took about a week to get my suit back and the jacket fit is horrible. I have no idea what happened but the fit looks so awkward. So I'm not going to have the jacket for the event and will just take it somewhere else to see if it can be fixed later. Will definitely skip the in-house tailor next time

I've ordered from Macys.com three times, and unfortunately, two of these experiences were deeply disappointing due to receiving the wrong items. My latest order, a $200 men's polo pants, ended up being a misdelivery of a cheap Michael Kors purse. Attempting to resolve this issue turned into an absolute ordeal. Firstly, at my local Macy's, I was redirected from the regular counter to the customer service desk on the second floor, only to be sent across the street to the Women's Macy's store because the item misdelivered was a purse. Even there, they refused to accept the return, advising me to contact customer service instead. All together, I waited in three different lines before being told to call the customer service number. The customer service phone call was another layer of frustration. I had to speak with multiple representatives and repeat my order number a staggering 10 times. In total, I interacted with 8 different staff members and spent over 2 hours trying to sort out this mess. This whole experience was a nightmare. It's baffling how a well-known retailer like Macy's can have such disorganized and inefficient service. I am utterly disillusioned and look forward to the day they finally close their doors for good. One star.

My almost 15 year old son needed his first suit. So I took him to Macy's Men's side to get him fitted. Daniel Nila killed it!! Not only did he take meticulous measurements for my son. He was so incredibly patient with us and explaining the different cuts and styles to my first timer. Helped keep it within my budget and My son was ecstatic with the suit we found. Thank you so much Daniel! We will be back and be recommending everyone come and definitely requesting Daniel again.

Horrible shopping here. No workers. Tried to get shoes they have o display and there is no one to get shoes for us. FinishLine workers tell us we have to go get in the long line at another register on the other side of the shoe department where people are checking out. Can't find any workers nor a manager. How does a business sell items with no workers.

Today my mom lost her wallet at Macy's but thank goodness some Good Samaritan turned it over to Macys lost in found. Such a blessing. Although the young gal at the register (kids section) wasn't that nice as she prompted my mom to return one item which she himself told us to get for the purpose of using a bar code. She said "I don't have time for it :(

For Sonny the so called assistant manager at Macy's is a complete lack of an assistant. She's unhelpful. She lacks manners and professionalism. I had placed a coat on hold by one of the sales people on the third floor, in the women's department. The next day I came by to pick up the coat and pay for it, the sales person couldn't find it. Sonny came by to help but she lacked manners and was completely rude to us. Instead of being apologetic or sincere as to why the coat was missing, she had total disregard to what happened to us. They had sold my coat to someone else. to be honest all employees that work for Macys are all care less about their customers, they treat all their customers the same way with disrespect and have no empathy. corporate needs to know about what's going on with their department stores. Macy's customer service is nothing like it used to be, they have completely lost touch with their customers, and they have become very careless about how they treat people, basically, we are never going to shop at Macys, and if anyone else who wants to have good customers, Service shouldn't shop at Macys either.

Macys has been kind of weird for years, felt like it had some great brands, kind of good for work clothes or a nice dress, great place to get shoes on sale, but it alway felt like they were on the verge of closing. They alway mailed my coupons because I have a Macys credit card & I seemed even when I bought something marked down there would be additional savings with the coupons, I would literally leave there not believing the deals I got. I don't need to shop there much any more but went to do sone Christmas shopping, everything I bought was on sale, but I was still armed with coupons. After literally wandering around for 2 + hours with not one person asking if I needed any help & searching for a place to pay after I finally found what I needed, I get to the check out, the woman had a mask on (!) so I couldn't hear anything she was saying to me, before she totaled me out I said "wait, I have coupons!" She said they won't work because everything I bought was a "special - not coupon eligible" ...I was tired, so I pushed the issue - asking when did "specials" start happening & why do they still send us coupons? It's very misleading. She got defensive & acted like I was crazy. I'm not. I've shopped at Macys for years & honestly the deals were the draw. This "everything is a special - not coupon eligible " but they still send the coupons to get us to come in the store is misleading & shows bad intentions. I did some research & it looks like Macys got new investors a couple years ago, maybe their motivation is to make the stores look profitable & sell. I don't think your plan is gonna work. The merch is not top drawer, the service is not good & your marketing material is not truthful. You lie. You are using the legacy coupon, but you've changed your in store lingo to "special - not coupon eligible." As I was leaving there was another check out person, a man, working on the registers behind them, he said to me "You're right, I don't know why they even send those coupons out anymore ." And to him & I said THANK YOU!

I purchased my mattress here during Thanksgiving week. The sales associate was helpful, patient, and considerate. I like that they have different brands & types of mattresses and that I can sit and lay on them. I'm happy with my purchase and experience with this department.

Was shopping in the clearance last act section when I found a dress for 1 cent. That's what the tag said. They refused to sell it to me at that price. She said it was an error and I'm like,"so it's my lucky day" and she refused to sell me the dress at the price advertised! The manager had no real explanation as to why their error was not being honored!

Always huge lines, feels like no one works there. Everything is unorganized. Not the best customer service. Takes about 1 hour to find someone that works there, the only ones there are the makeup lady's by cologne.

The Starbucks at this store is very dirty the floors are dirty the tables are dirty, it's terrible to not have a clean place to have a cup of coffee in a clean place. People get cleaning if you want your store to survive. And prepare your drinks better. Don't ruin this nice little coffee shop with careless and irresponsible staff.
