I accidentally left my $100 dollar water bottle in this Macy's at closing time, a male employee who's name I do not remember unfortunately helped me out by looking throughout the entire store until the water bottle was located. He was very nice & helpful & did not have to go out of his way after hours.

My friend visited this location yesterday. One of the employees told him to go to a certain register twice. She only has to say it once. He is not deaf.

I honestly love this Macy's always have great experience from customer service to finding exactly what I need they always have good stock of everything I drive all the way from San Diego just to come here . Today I am shopping for my suite for my cousins wedding and so far it's been great !
