Purchased a 2020GT Mclaren - All seemed good until 55 miles reached after purchase when 317 days past service alert, vehicle engine malfunction, vehicle lift malfunction, check engine light all were thrown. Contacted euro car to report the issue, no contact back. Seems error codes were suppressed prior to time of purchase.Did not provide battery charger when vehicle was purchased had to return for charger.Have contacted eurocar multiple times, no response, will not provide any records of service done to the vehicle.Maybe this one was a bad egg, but the non response of the dealer makes it seem otherwise.Additional warranty sold by dealer through third party at ridiculous pricing, where you can purchase an additional warranty directly from Mclaren for less than 1/3 of the cost.Either way I will not be returning and don’t recommend.

recently was going to purchase a G wagon from Eurocar. I went to test drive it but didn't like the imitation wheels. We came to an agreement on price but waited to see if wheels could be swapped. One hour later, salesman called and said Tilo, owner/manager, agreed to swap the wheels. I said "great, we got a deal. I'm just going to pick up my wife from the doctors office and head down." He said "Sounds good" .One hour and a half later I arrive and introduce my wife and son to the salesman. We walked toward the car and the salesman went to pull out the car and another guy walks in front of him, doesn't say a word, and put a sold sign. my salesman thought it was a joke. when he found out it wasn't a joke he was very upset and of course I was very upset. in that hour and a half , even though Tilo agreed to do the deal and swap wheels, he sold the car to someone else and didn't even say a word to his salesman. Be aware of Tilo.Very immoral and shady practices.

I recently bought a car from Eurocar through Harry Albert. Harry was attentive to my needs and concerns. Harry provided me with all the information I needed and showed me around the dealership and the car I was interested in over a FaceTime call! After a few days of negotiations, we finally agreed on a deal. I was initially planning to fly down to Costa Mesa and drive the car back to the Bay Area, but Eurocar was kind enough to ship the car to me free of cost. The whole process was smooth and the after sale support from Harry was top notch as well.I highly recommend Harry and Eurocar.

The worst experience I ever had with a car dealership ever.I purchased a mclaren 720s and was not allowed to test drive it before. When it was delivered to my house it had 0 power. Not only did the car end up in the shop for months but whenever I called to ask for help with the horrible car they sold me I was told “it’s not my problem” by the owners of the dealership. I believe one of their names was Telow.I’ve owned many cars some much more expensive than this. I’ve been to many dealerships all over the country, but never in my life have I had an experience like this. They do not sell quality cars. They do not care about you and the only priority is to get you to empty your wallet and send you off. The “good reviews” they make you do when you buy the car. I literally feel a moral Obligation to make sure you do not buy a car from here.How they are in business is still shocking to me.

I'm absolutely blown away by my experience here. Chris Anderson is the guy to see. Chris has been patiently answering my questions about various cars for almost a decade now. I have previously purchased a Bentley and (believe it or not) a Harley here, but nothing for many years. Chris (and Z) however always treat me like I've recently spent a fortune here. I occasionally check their inventory, but stuff sells so quickly these days that by the time I reach out, the car I was looking at is gone. Not this time though. I found a black 911 turbo s in the exact spec I like. Learning my lesson from missed opportunities in the past, I rushed down to see if she looked as good in person as in the pictures. She looked even better! I took my wife down to get her approval, happy wife, happy life and she loved it too. Things were looking good. Chris and I went into Z's office to try to come up with a number that we could all live with. In just a few minutes we were all smiling and shaking hands. I told them I wanted to use my credit union and they had no issue with that. I did agree to have their finance guy, Cole, another rockstar, see if he could beat my credit union's rate. (Full disclosure, I honestly thought there was NO WAY), well, they sent it to one (and only one) company. B of A and they came in 2 full points lower. I couldn't believe it. I couldn't sign the paperwork fast enough. I had to come back to my office for an hour but when I returned I had to resign everything because Cole was able to shave off another 1/4 percent. I already agreed, they kept fighting for me though. Pretty cool. Along those lines, when I was about to drive off in my new Porsche, Chris noticed a missing trim piece on top of the visor, a minor thing, but Chris insisted on ordering me a whole new visor. How great is that? It's a preowned car and the deal was done. Very cool of him. Everyone was so down to earth and helpful you would never know they're sitting on roughly $40 million worth of inventory. Quick shout out to the girls who work up front. Always super cheerful and would track Chris down for me within minutes of my arrival. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Great experience at Eurocar! Great customer service! They had a large variety of exotics & in great conditions. They even were nice enough to sit down with us to have a coffee and a nice conversation come down and check them out won't regret! Ask for Harry & Zach!

i visited Eurocar while i was in California, after following their website for many years. I was greeted by a very attractive receptionist who directed me to Harry Albert. He showed me around the dealership, giving me a brief history, and it was a stunning showroom. I told him I was not quite ready to buy but he took the time to show me the cars I was most interested in. He was very knowledgeable about all the exotics they sell. Harry gave me options on how to finance vs cash vs leasing, so when I'm ready to buy, I will definitely see Harry.

Be careful selling or buying from this place. Don't be fool by the photoshopped quality pictures. They sell you a junk and once you walk out, they don't know you. Rollbacks and minor accidents that are not reported on carfax are happening here. I bought a vehicle from them for 249k and took the car home, less than a week had transmission issues. Called them, once transfer to another and no answers. I have up and took it to a mechanic to diagnose the car. 18k trans replacement. Not only that the mechanic shop pointed out to the paint job that was never been disclosed. Stay away

Purchased my G63 G-wagon from Eurocar. They were the only one with this unique spec.Had an awesome experience with Tommy and Z ! Super cool collection of cars and people - great deal and was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend these guys. Will come again in 6 months ??

Harry and Zach always provide top notch service. In fact the level of service from EuroCarOc is pretty unbelievable. I've purchased numerous exotic cars there and every time it's a smooth and easy experience. I actually got a flat tire 20 miles out just after buying a Lamborghini from them and they immediately sent out a repair vehicle and changed the tire in literally minutes! Thank you!
