Amazing boutique!!! Clint González was an incredible help to me! I had purchased a ring not from this boutique and brought it in for repair, and when I went to pick up the item he complemented me on my jewelry even though it was from other brands! Made me feel comfortable and I really appreciated his kind words. Give this man a raise!!!

Okay, it’s weekend I was waiting in line for about 20 minutes, the bag I wanted to buy was sold out i guess, but a male salesperson directly expressed his impatience and gave me a glare. Here's Dior, he didn't recommend me anything else, I'm still waiting a minute to see if there is anything else to recommend. I was thinking to buy some accessories but I was very dissatisfied with his attitude, so I went directly to other brands.

Terrible customer service. I purchased jewelry that was supposed to be delivered to the store and I was promised they would call on a certain week. Passed that week, since nobody called us and I tried to call the store. Their phone service is horrible. You call the South Coast Plaza store and you get transferred to a phone center who says they can transfer us but warn us that we have a chance to either be disconnected or transferred back. Everytime we get disconnected. I asked for a direct line and they say they are not allowed to give us that. I would stay away from this brand. You don't need the extra stress in your life.

If you’re shopping here, shop at mens with Nicholas. He is hands down the most dedicated advisor and will guarantee your client satisfaction. He goes above and beyond for his clients. I continue referring friends and family over to him since I know they’ll be in the best care. Have been a loyal client for years. Never disappoints.
