I needed a 4 by 4. I paid 3 weeks before the rental date. They didn't have a 4 by 4. The wait was about 60 mins. The place is terrible. Pay a little more go to a decent place. Thanks.

Today we had to come back to replace a car that was rented at LAX. Everyone was super helpful and worked out the problem...back on the road again.
