It was my first time visiting this store because I live closer to LA. The wait to enter the store was not long on a Saturday afternoon and I was paired with Toni as my sales associate who was absolutely amazing! I had such an enjoyable experience working with her and she was able to help my cousin and I with securing a triomphe card holder and wallet for both of us. The service was also incredible and accommodating. South Coast Plaza is miles away from where I live but I am willing to always drive back down to visit. Thanks again Toni for all your help!

Love their selection! All the sales associates were very nice and were able to help me pick the best of the best. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location to everyone!

I went to the store to pick up my online order 3 days after ordering and they still didn’t have it ready. I did call corporate to make sure I could pick up and they said yes, it’s a store fulfillment so the store just needs to process the order. This store is lazy.

Thank you Janet for helping me out! I purchased a purse at the Vegas branch but couldn't find a wallet that exactly matched the purse at the Vegas location. I brought my newly purchased bag to the South Coast location to see if they carried the exact wallet that matched my purse. I couldn't see the matching wallet out on the floor but Janet said she would check in the back and sure enough she brought me the exact wallet that matched my purse. I walked in and my transaction was complete in less than 5 minutes!

Cliff and Janet are amazing. We went in to pick up a small wallet but ended up leaving with a great new bag for my wife. World-class customer service. "Would you like still or sparkling water?".. that sort of thing. Super friendly and approachable sales staff, great energy in there. Everyone seem to be having a good time. My wife has purses that cost multiple times what this one did with less refined fit and finish. We don't have a deep history with this brand, but I can tell we will be back. If you're in South Coast Plaza, swing by and ask for Cliff or Janet they will take great care of you.

Love their product and service! My SA Crystal helped me on getting their iconic belt, she brought me different sizes to try on and make sure I got the right one before making the purchase. I had a great experience shopping there, they offered us some Celine glass water before we leave which look very fancy.

If you are buying a gift for someone and expect a decent return policy I wouldn't buy from their flagship store, you're way better off at Nordstrom where their return policy is about their costumer and not about keeping their commission. If you're paying cash or cash and the rest on credit, they will not except your returns past the 14 day mark where I learned the hard way. It's a great brand but they failed to even slightly try and help me out, so I wrote to corporate and let's see how they do there. I just wanted store credit and not even a full refund and couldn't do much about it, oh well. Lesson learned!!!

Visited the place to look for something i wanted to see in person, the security personnel was welcoming, I was introduced to Janette who was my customer relations personnel and assisted me throughout my visit. She was honest on what items are available and able to describe the items on display. Will come back again for items I wanted to see in person.

My fiancée bought a wallet where the logo is not stamped on straight.We went in and tried to make an exchange and was told to just return it and order a new one in store since there's no stock. Okay, done.Waited three weeks, crickets.. She followed up with the SA and was told the order was cancelled for some reason. But the charge was already posted to her credit card. SA is unresponsive after that. Subpar customer experience for a brand that's supposed to be 'luxury'.

The associates at this store are wonderful and not pushy. My parents were in town and they don't have a Celine store where they live. The gentleman working (I forgot his name) helped my mom pick out a new wallet she loved, and made the process quick and easy. My parents were impressed that they were not pushing them to purchase and they didn't feel any pressure while shopping. Kudos to this store!

If you're looking for a fun, sweet & happy experience at Celine you need Toni Hwang!! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly not pushy and aggressive. She understands the needs of what we're looking for because she can relate with u on life and how a bag can serve us on a day-to-day basis. She had my requested bag (Cabas tote) all ready to go so no waiting or inconvenience of any. I absolutely LOVE my purchases (even bought an extra bag ) and will always think of my pleasant experience with Toni while using them. Thank you Toni! I'll be seeing you again~~

I actually had a very good experience here. I was visiting from out of town and walked in with my wife. I was helped by a guy names Jamie. He was great. No pressure, answered all of our questions, offered a drink, informed us to take our time. I'll be purchasing from them regularly.
