The selection is decent but the employees here are more concerned with talking to their friends than helping customers. If you're lucky enough to finally get their attention then they won't listen to your shoe size and will only bring you sizes too small. Don't bother dealing with the terrible parking to go here. It's not worth it.

Only store I shop for sneakers in OC. Ru is always consistently helpful with all my purchases. If I ever have any issues with not finding sizes he's always willing to let me know when new items are coming. The staff is chill and if your looking to be helped as if you are at Neiman Marcus. Chill out, it's shoes bro.

Dishonest workers. They are just trying to sell you stuffs. After that, if you have any problem or questions about the product. They won’t help you with anything. They even lie about the return policy. One of the worker claim their product is 5 day return. But it turns out to be 5 day exchange or store credit. Every single store I have visited will tell me clearly return or no return. And they even tell me the return policy is on the receipt. This is all my personal experience. Believe it or not is up to you. Based on my own experience they are careless and irresponsible.

Found a pair of Hokas and was quoted $120 but needed another size. Was told it could be transferred and would be here in a week and they would call. Fast forward to today, 2 weeks later, I stopped by. Shoes were in since earlier in week with my name and number and no one called. Then was told price was $10 higher than originally quoted.No manager; just some kid with “sorry”. Lousy customer service; bait and switch on pricing. Will see if contacted by anyone in management after this experience. Staff needs better training and not just “no care attitude”.

I used to love coming here but they rarely have anything good to choose from. The staff here aren't helpful or welcoming, you know, the typical "cool guy" attitude.

Extremely unwelcoming salesman. Rude with attitude. Acting like customer is not worth their time. I rather drive 50 miles away to another store, than to even call this place.

Was welcomed by two workers, I was asked by Louie if I needed any help. I asked him what the bins were and filled me on their memorial weekend sale. Was able to find a Gosha piece which caught my eye. After my purchase, although I bought a bag, I was still offered one, and am grateful for it because it helped me later on for the rest of my shopping. Always a chill and mellow environment. Gonna come back later this summer for some shoes perhaps.

This review is solely based on my online shopping experience. Ordered an item on Thursday but never received confirmation which seemed suspect. Made contact yesterday using a number on their site and was told that I should send an email. Sent the email simply asking for an order confirmation as well as an ETA. Come to find out today that the order was cancelled. No email reply, no explanation. Whatever the case, you don't need sharp business acumen to utilize some decent form of customer courtesy. I found the item for $45 dollars less at another spot so I'll add an extra star for doing me a favor.

Hands down my favorite place to get kicks. Parking is usually difficult but you can valet. The staff is usually chill but nice which I prefer over an overly aggressive person not giving space. Been coming here for years. Wasn't sure if they were open yet from the pandemic but decided to come in support, take a look and got a pair.
