Do not purchase car from Auto Nation, go to LA Honda World !During the process of looking for a new car at Auto Nation Honda , the salesperson was helpful throughout our journey for a new Honda Pilot. However, when it came to Costco Auto Program pricing (Auto Nation Honda was the dealership assigned to us by Costco), they played games on the pricing and increased the costs for the Honda Pilot $2k over the Costco auto Program deal. I found this out when I went to LA Honda in Downey, CA which gave us the Costco pricing with no hassle and the best price per the Costco Auto Program. Auto Nation Costa Mesa refused to honor the Costco pricing, so we left.While we were waiting for right Honda Pilot from LA Honda in Downey, CA to arrive. Auto Nation Honda in Costa Mesa sales manager texted me and stated that would match the Costco Pricing. So, we called them back and told them we would be paying cash and we will be there tomorrow. We also asked them if they needed anything to make the transaction faster- Deposit, ID, or insurance card. They stated they didn’t need a deposit, just an ID and Insurance card to make the transaction faster.The next day the sales manager and Finance associate Todd were not ready for us, they played games by stating they needed to hold our check, paperwork was incomplete/wrong info ( even though we gave them everything the day before), and that we needed to fill out a credit application even though we were playing cash. We asked for the manager 3 times, however only the sale associate would help us ( we could see the GM Chet in his office playing with his phone) . At the same time, Todd in finance wasn’t ready with the paperwork or the paper work was incomplete, he had to redo it a few times ( printer didn’t work) . We gave the dealership all of the info the day before to avoid this headache. However, the dealership wasn’t organized, and we spent 3 hours at the dealership to leave without a new Honda Pilot and now we wait for check to clear before they will deliver the car. The dealership didn’t even try to call the bank to confirm funds, which has never happened at our dealerships before when I have paid cash or wrote a check for a new car. The check cleared Auto Nations bank the next morning at 10am, however I had to keep on Calling Chet the GM for an update and he stated for next 48 hours the check didn’t clear. Then on the 3rd day, I called again and left a message with Chet and he had his sales manger call me back to schedule the delivery of the car. I would never go back to Auto Nation Honda for service or for another Honda car purchase.At the end of day, we should have gone with LA Honda World and waited for the right car. I purchase a lot of cars for myself and family, however this had to be one of the worst new car transactions I have experienced.

I took my car in to have it serviced over the weekend. The customer service was outstanding. I was kept informed of the recommended work throughout the day. I even got a video from the technician to show me the wear on my tires. They did an excellent job. I will always take my CR-V to AutoNation Honda for service. Thank you!

Mike at service department was polite and profesional, I took my car for a recall at 8:30 am I ask to call me as soon it was ready , he contact me same day before noon, when I got there he was at lunch but, other team member took care the paper work in the same manner good team work. Thank you !

We drove 40 miles because the online price was cheaper than I had been seeing. I got a text from them saying that was their price indeed so for us to drive out there. I was shopping for an elite around that price range and drove out with a black edition. Very happy I got my suv from them. I was shopping around for about 3 months for a 2023 and got a 2024 for a better price. Thank you Fouad, Hieu and Austin for helping me.

They refused to honor an AutoNation warranty plan and an AutoNation maintenance plan that was sold at another AutoNation location, even though both the other AutoNation location and AutoNation's national service center told me that all AutoNation locations would honor both the warranty plan and the maintenance plan. Service Advisor sounded rude, hostile, and aggressive to me from the start, even before I started speaking.

We just bought a 2024 Honda Pilot Elite and our salesman, Hamzeh Alam was wonderful! We stopped by on our way toan Acura dealer. I had not looked at a pilot and wanted something that reminded me and was roomy like an Odyssey. He recommended the pilot, he showed me 2 and I new it was my car. He made sure to keep us comfortable while we waited for fiance. He really cared about us. The dreaded new car buying was not so bad. Thank you Hamzeh!!

My experience was just that an experience. However the staff made me feel comfortable and gave me the time I needed. Shoutout to Enzo and Omar!
