All Creatures Care Cottage is a great place to take any animal. When I travel my baby always stays safe with them. I have never had any problems the three years they have been my Vet!

I have one concern. The parking is terrible. Most of the spaces are really narrow and hard to get in to. Some people straddle the lines.
At our last appointment I gave up and parked around the corner and down the street. My suggestion is all employees park on the street. When you have a sick animal worrying about the parking situation is stressful l.

Mikey, my bird had been going to All Creatureq for a long time & she always gets treated like a Princess, whether for a nail trim or a check up. We love All Creatures!

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! Took my bunny here for a wellness exam and nail trim, and they made him bleed during the trim. I was horrified. On top of that, they take your pet to the back where you can’t see what’s happening—completely unprofessional and unsettling. I do not recommend this place at all. Do NOT trust them with your pet!

Staff is very friendly and thorough. Easy to get appointment when needed. Never keeps me waiting. I have taken both of my red eared sliders and my Aussie Mountain Doodle here. I highly recommend. Cost is good as well.

I went in today my dog was due for 2 shots. They told of me that they couldn't do it that she needed an exam that is due. But the thing is it wasn't do until 1 1/2 weeks. I said ok I will do it the next time. They said it was their policy that they couldn't let it Go that close to the time that it was due I said OK well show me where it is that say that in the policy do you have a contract? She tells me no we do not OK exactly that's my point. Anyhow the manager would not budge. She was terrible. How she handle it when she could've just said OK let's just do it this time the next time you come in and make an appointment for whatever she may need you will have to have the exam which would've been fine but the way she did it was terrible not going there. I've been there over 20 years. When they were on Harbor Boulevard So disappointed on how she handle it

Pet parents, if you’re looking for the best vet care ever… LOOK NO FURTHER! All Creatures Care Cottage has been the best for my Lulah girl for the past 6 years. Everyone there is incredibly kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Lu just passed, but I will never forget the wonderful staff and care of ACCC.

Honestly if you have a Guinea pig I recommend going to an exotic vet. They treat Guinea pigs here but my experience was not good. I brought my baby here and was passed around between vets every time who didn’t seem to be on the same page at all. Literally went from she’s just old to she’s not old at all to she has a small issue that can be fixed with antibiotics…which she was put on 3 different ones in a row with no results. She went through all the tests, numerous x rays and an ultrasound which showed nothing until the last visit which was a terminal diagnosis they finally saw on an x ray. This was in the span of 3 months or so. On top of that I didn’t feel that one of the vets had any compassion and was very cold especially when the last diagnosis was made. Immediately during the appointment while we’re trying to process the situation and having a hard time someone from the front comes into the room and asks for payment. In the vet room as we were crying. Also in between the antibiotics it was hard to get a hold of the actual vets. I would think that a vet would follow up when the pet is running out of medication or even ask how they are doing. They still haven’t called to see how she is doing and she passed months ago. Devastating experience.

I've been going to All Creatures for 20 years! I will never go anywhere else!! This is the best vet I've ever been to and truly cares about my fur babies. Everyone is so kind and understanding. The drs are amazing and all the staff are sweet and patient. Seriously the best place!

I was very please with the office staff and the fast availability of appointments. I needed to bring my bearded dragon in to be seen for his front legs and hands being swollen and him not walking well. I saw the Dr, he said he thought it was mbd. He gave him a calcium and d3 shot. Then said to check back in a month. I asked about blood work or x-rays, they said they would do them next time if he wasn't better in a month. It's been less than a week and one of his back legs is starting to swell. I chose to go to another vet for a second opinion.
The staff is nice but I wasn't happy with the treatment and letting him go so long to see if the shots helped.

I took my bunny to get spayed today. Sadly, I didn’t get to bring her back home ALIVE. If there was a 0 star review I would’ve chose that instead. I got basically 0 to no explanation of the reason to why she passed other than “she didn’t do well with anesthesia “. Through the phone the “DOCTOR “ didn’t seem to care at all and hung up the phone when I asked for the total. When I got the receipt the prices were all WRONG. DO NOT bring your baby here!!

One of the best animal hospitals I’ve ever visited! I’ve been bringing my animals here for over 10 years now and this place is as consistent with its service as it was from day 1! The Dr are very helpful and take the time to educate about the animals needs and what to expect as they age. It’s clean and very on point with their appointments and no wait time. Highly recommend it! Thanks!

Amazing vet tech and vet on the care of my bunny Moon who has scoliosis and club feet. We are doing laser therapy and she is already moving more like a bunny!
