Terrible experience here! I’ve been an 8 year member and now I’m being cancelled because my insurance agent (Brandon bean) suggested I add my wife and son to the account which would give us 4 towes each and now I’m being cancelled because of too many towes. When asked about it not one person can speak to me about the matter and I am being refused service but was charged the member ship fee ! I don’t see how this is even possible and I’ve gotten zero help from every staff member including supervisor Dayana! Absolutely zero help with no consideration! I’ve contacted corporate office and no one can speak on this matter ! I’m out 8 years of service and paid my membership fee and am being refused service

I've been trying to resolve an issue since last March and was unable to but the last time I called AAA, the gal went the extra mile to figure out the problem and resolved it.

I paid my bill early & they took it out again a day later causing me to overdraft substantially. They explained this was my fault since I’m on auto pay. After a lengthy discussion I was told they would refund one payment. One week later no activity in my bank account so I call AGAIN. 45 minutes later I’m told I will be refunded within a few days. The first service representative hasn’t followed through. That in its self isn’t reassuring. But. My refund showed up as promised. Fast forward to next month payment & policy renewal. They have double billed me causing $93.20 in overdrafts. Granted I have made 2 MORE LENGTHY PHONE CALLS & they have agreed I do NOT owe the amount I was refunded. Promised to fix it after both calls but did not. I AM LIVID. I’m on a fixed income. There is no room for error in my financial plan. I will be on the phone AGAIN. They will fix this. And I will be speaking to supervisor’s & corporate. This is ridiculous. If the rates weren’t so low I’d get rid of them asap. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! They should be ashamed.

I paid my insurance early and they still automatically took the payment. I have $90 in overdraft fees. They don't want to pay the overdraft fees. Mind you I've paid my bill before the date in the past and this never happened. They want to put it off on my bank. This is so frustrating I've been with them for 7 years and there service isn't cheap. I hate when you call and they say thank you for your service. Is this how you show appreciation? If I paid my monthly bill in advance how are you still able to take money out? My balance should be zeroed out. I'm very dissatisfied with AAA

After going through the info booth I watched many people go ahead of me in the cue only to find out that the person at the info booth never entered my name and never looked at my AAA Card. Had another appt and had to leave. Nightmare. My "DMV-like" experience.

My family has been a AAA member for over 50 yrs...this year, I purchased a battery in June which went completely dead 4 months later...due to serious illness, I haven't yet renewed my membership...the battery supposedly has a 3 or warranty but since my membership renewal expired 1 month before the battery died, I asked if they would replace the battery until I can renew, especially considering our longterm loyalty...I was told that if that courtesy was granted to me that it would have to be granted to everyone...the battery was not free and I called the corporate office in Costa Mesa where supposedly all of the managers were too busy to talk but would call me back...have yet to receive a callback...great job AAA!!!

I had a bad experience with AAA because I was removing my car from the policy. The call center girl her name is Cindy gave me a bad service because she even interrupted me and did not let me speak. So in this kind of service you suppose to provide a excellent customer service to the members because we pay the insurance not the workers. Stop being rude to members and listen to their concerns.

I'm sorry to say I was not able to speak with a supervisor, even though my inquiry was not regarding AAA specifically.AAA must be made aware of how unscruplous one of their own affiliated company's business is operating. That company is MOBILITAS. I have been desperately trying to receive an answered or returned call from MOBILITAS for over 100 days. AAA needs to investigate this company. This may not be the ideal approach, but AAA would not allow me to report this. Thank you

I absolutely had a great experience with Jeff, he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of AAA coverages. I am greatly appreciated for his service. Been a AAA member for 7 years and newly added auto and home insurance. This was fast ,easy, straight forward, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I Highly Recommend Jeff and AAABest Of Luck ??

AAA got the most AWFUL manager I have ever met in the U. S. Her name is Lamoria Strong . I visited her office located in Beach Blvd since her subordinate Jonny Pham used my credit card info in the filing without notifying me to make payment for home insurance last year. The first time she was in a meeting out of town as her coworker said. But her coworker nicely gave me her email and phone number. I emailed her to make an appointment but she never responded. I called her but she never picked up the phone. I may have visited her office again and the result is that she cheated me saying she would find a solution and email me but she never did so. I ended up give up my AAA membership for such a horrible experience. And will keep seeking justice from AAA.

The whole system needs to be change from top to bottom ! The wait time for towing is sickening from 45 mins to three hrs waiting on them !

Worst experience ever with this AAA insurance department specifically David Torres and he’s manger cristina and the under writer , they will ripping you off by giving you low numbers for your premium to change your current insurance with them and convince you that change your rental insurance to save more money and after a week the premium will increase more than $800 and after calling them (David ) he applied some discount and we got a new premium after 3 weeks they re adjusted the premium again !!! And went upI started with $2200 for one year end up with $3800I have all the documents I will escalate this to the insurance departmentShame on all of you in this office

I want to personally thank a couple of supervisors for helping me get a flat bed tow truck to get my vehicle back home....I had spent 3 days dealing with AAA trying to get a tow from Hollywood to North Long Beach and the company MT Towing that was contacted to do it was 1. RUDE...2. Kept giving me the run around...and 3. Just plain never showing up, because they didn't want to make the 21 mile drive...but after 6 hours of waiting on the 3rd day, and Numerous calls made, I found a couple of Supervisors who were willing to stay on the line to help me....1 being Randy, the 2nd being Gina and the last person who actually stayed on the line with me while American Towing showed up...thank you guys soon much I appreciate it...you guys were awesome, just not sure why you would be affiliated with such a horrible company like MT Towing...
