Shady people here. I needed to get insurance and at the time it was the "cheapest" for me at $330/m, I assume because of an accident on my motorcycle which I was not at fault for. I was in a rush and didn't care because I needed insurance. The man I spoke to asked me if I wanted the roadside assistant as well and agreed because why not? I've only ever heard great things about it.While signing me up the POS asked me if I had anyone I wanted to give free AAA roadside membership to as well. Thinking this is cool I said yes. Gave him my friends name and he told me all done. Thought nothing of it. I finished the paperwork signed and sent it back. Well apparently because I gave him my friends NAME he added him to the excluded list on my insurance without telling me that he was going to do it. Tried to call back couldn't get a hold of the POS that I spoke to.Whatever I thought that's that its my fault for not reading the contract. Well nope. I haven't had a single accident and only had one accident which was not my fault and over 2.5 years ago. SOMEHOW my insurance has increased from $330/m to $365/m after just 4 months with a renewal offer of $385/m.How in gods name does that make sense? I am almost 30 and I drive a freaking PRIUS FFS. I've tried calling to cancel and was told that it would be a 10% FEE for what is owed on the balance. Well I said ok lets do it and was told I would have to pay $480 on a total balance of $1000 how in the hell does that math add up? Never ever going to recommend their dog insurance to anyone. Go with Geico, Wawanesa, Mercury or ANYONE. You will get a much better quote and no shady business practices.

⚠️Warning⚠️ This location is EXTREMELY unorganized. NO ONE in claims answers their phone OR RETURNS CALLS. The supervisor Irene is absolutely horribly unprofessional and apparently the leader of DISORGANIZATION !!!! DO NOT GET AAA INSURANCE,,, their “legendary” service goal is exactly that, LEGENDARY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! From their voicemails which are inaccurate as far as the days they are in, to the fact they DO NOT RETURN CALLS. This place is a JOKE. ???

This insurance company stinks. They tried to collect money from me for an accident I wasnt in. Someone gave them an incorrect plate number when they were in an accident and it happen to be my plate. I thought we cleared this up months ago with them and it was closed but last week a law firm started trying to collect from me. Someone there owes me an apology. I filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner of CA.

Thank you AAA for the terrific and informative travel guidance from Ann Sims in your Costa Mesa office. We began our planning stage in Sept.& Oct. of 2022 for our travels this past June/July 2023. She assisted us in creating the best tour for Scandinavia, which included a few days ahead of time to visit with family in Sweden. It was decided to select the Tauck Tour since the main objectives was to see family, go to Denmark and visit the stunning fjords in Norway. The tour was a true success in every way: service, motor coach driver, weather (especially being able to see the glaciers & fjords), small tour group-great people, itinerary, hotels, food, tour guide and local tour guides, etc..We are now working with Ann on our travel plans for 2024. She is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind and enjoyable to talk with due to her travel experience. Thank you again!!G & C Higuchi

Don't sign up with this comapny. After 25 years, they raised my car insurance rates 40% this year-- no accidents, no tickets, no claims, no reason.... just profit. I called, and someone tried to convince me it was "inflation." At it's worst, inflation was 7% last year. I'm just so tired, and I really don't feel like finding another insurance company... but the rates plus the condescending, pathetic explination makes me realize it's time to switch. I hope your shareholders are fat and happy.

I came here to get my Real ID Driver's license. This process can be painful at the DMV, however it was much easier and seamless here. This is my first time going to an actual AAA location and it did not disappoint.Big shout out to *Amalia Alanis* for all her help! She was very polite and sincere. She went out of her way to help me with the process.

We recently had a really unusual bad storm affecting Lancaster, where I live. We had winds recording 70 to 75mph along with heavy rain. I carry AAA insurance, had damage to my roof and indoor ceiling. AAA sent out an adjuster who told myself and my brother it appeared a couple of tiles had shifted along with damage to the sealant around the flashing. However, he did not put the shifted tiles in his report AAA told me, so I received a denial letter from AAA. This is ridiculous because if this is not wind and rain I do not know what it is. AAA was known to be a reputable insurance carrier. This adjuster showed no proof of roofing experience, no contractors license, etc., and the fact he lied to AAA, and they did not even send out someone for a second opinion is just totally unfair. I realize they probably had many claims but that is no reason to just decide to refuse legitimate ones puts them in my opinion a lousy category and I am going to have to fight their decision and should not have to. I am old and sick and should not have to deal with this. And, I have been a member for over 40 years.

I was rear ended back in September 2022 by a AAA insured driver, after months of going back and forth with AAA and waiting patiently they just sent me a letter today that my claim was denied because they couldn’t get a hold of their client. Like it doesn’t take a genius to realize their client is avoiding the situation and by her doing that AAA just lets her be and denied my claim? Like, how is this possible? Claim adjuster Ishana Trivedi is rude and very unprofessional and has zero work ethic. Never answers and just avoids communication. Worst of the worst insurance will never ever consider AAA for any of my insurance needs if this is the type of business they run. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from these scammers. If you're ever rear ended make sure you have the person that hit you call their auto insurance on the spot and take responsibility for damages right then and there. If thats not possible call the police for a police report stating that the driver doesn't have insurance to avoid anything like this happening to you.

AAA is fast to collect insurance premiums and Cancel your landlord insurance policy a few Days later without any explanation. I told the agent Valerie we were doing repairs on the house and a few days later I received a cancelation notice. I contacted Valerie and she said there's nothing I can do, it's a decision made by the underwriting department. I asked if she can find out if any additional repairs were needed besides remodeling the bathroom and putting a new roof which we had already started doing. NO Answer, no follow-up of any kind. STAY AWAY from AAA insurance

Angel Gomez said I was getting 170 premium for 250 comp. And 500 coll. Deductible and I signed up but when I got papers it said 250-1000. So I called angel gomez he said he would change with same premium amount. But when I got papers again it said premium went up to 30 dollars. I than called angel for a week straight and to this day no return call. Contacted manager Russ and he was rude with no explanation of why angel won’t return my call. As if my signing up was all they cared about. No mater what I wanted. Because it was a year contract. They don’t care about customer service just about getting your contract.
