I tried to get cash back with a purchase which they have a much lower than normal amount allowed so then I used the ATM but needed a $20 broken down into smaller bills and he wouldn't do it because I didn't buy something else Terrible customer service w rude attitude

I brought a cup of ramen in and asked if I could use the hot water and was told that It was not available. After some questions I was then informed that I was not allowed to use the hot water because the clerk didn't feel like letting me use it. I even offered to pay for the water but again I was told no, that there was no price i could pay for hot water. ?

It's good place same as another 7-11 but... unfortunately smell so bad is in whole shop !I think it smells like sweat, it is a good place for them to observe their personal hygiene

Literally turn down a mobile coupon I had that is accepted at any 7-Eleven that sells Camel cigarettes saying that just his store does not accept them even though it's listed on the 711 and Camel app

This place says 24 hours, but here I am at 11:23 pm and the doors are definitely locked. They need to update their hours. It's not even a holiday or anything.

Our neighbor store. But the last couple of times here they sort changed us and overcharged us.They did fix the short change after 15 minutes of explaining but the overcharge wasn't handled. They have stuff advertised but won't honor it. Very disrespectful business.

I work in Costa Mesa, California. 7-Eleven at 1548 Adams Ave. In Costa Mesa, 92626 is in the area I work. The woman that works there harasses me every time I go in there. I asked if there was an extra charge for the ATM purchases as some Liquor or Markets have a .50 cent extra charge for using ATM. She said,.why are you asking stupid questions. You are stupid. I explained calmly. She said I was stupid once more and I walked out. Several times after the incident she follows me around the store screaming and humiliating me in front of my co workers. Demanding I purchase something immediately. I have walked out several times from embarrassing harassment by her. I have reported her on the app for 7-Eleven several times. Nothing has been done. Yesterday March 17, 2023 at 11:15 AM. She ran up to me a few inches from my face screaming that purchase something. I pointed at the soda on the table and she continued to scream and humiliate me. My teammate told her we were together and she continued her harassment. Demanding a purchase. I told her to please stop harassing. Me. I didn't want any problems with her because our whole company goes in there and others have been harassed. She embarrassed me by screaming in my face In front of a new employee I was with. I continued with my purchase because there was another 7 Eleven employee working. I've filled another complaint with 7 Eleven.

10:30 am, not sure but the morning experience hits differently than all the negative reviews. Clerk was perfectly helpful and friendly, no smell or audio issues. Had the particular item I was looking for in ADDITION to the sugar free vitamin water slurpee. I've only run across this at one other location in Fullerton. I know this isn't what most people care about but hey, it gets them to a 4 star for me.

Great friendly staff fresh food not like many 711 that leave nasty food out and still serve it to you regardless… this place actually makes the food after you’ve ordered and paid for it :)

Hey if you guys can't manage to keep your list up to date on the delivery sights then atleast if someone try's to order something that is out of stock either replace it with something that's equal in value, of for crying out loud just give them a quick call and see if they would like to change it with something else. You fools are literally on your phone all the time so I know you know how to use the thing . I order a 1.5 L of water, but it's out so then instead give me the 1L instead or a different brand. You guys have like a ton of different waters so either keep it up to date, have your employees call, or turn on the option for substitutes, the last option would be easiest if you have an issue with doing any communicating.
