I had the most lovely experience at this location while making my first Jo Malone purchase. Ursula in particular is such a darling! Just the sweetest and most helpful person. She helped me find the perfect scent for myself and my husband. It was a “just because” kind of occasion and she made it special! I had even forgotten to a sample she made and I was looking forward to testing out and she offered to ship it to me to make sure I got the chance to try it! looking forward to shopping at this particular location much more in the future!

I came in yesterday and Ursula helped me. She was terrific--really knows her inventory and even gave me a sneak preview of the Christmas gift items, and hostess gifts, they will release on Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving). We found what I was looking for and she even made up a sample of an option fragrance for an alternative or seasonal change in fragrances. A beautiful store and a beautiful Sales Associate in Ursula. Many thanks. I will return.

Large selection. Gift wrapping. The sales rep was wonderful and gave me a bunch of samples because I had to wait. I love Jo Malone ever since my sister turned me on to their unique fragrances.

First time visiting Jo Malone and I will absolutely be back! The ladies working this past weekend (the last shopping weekend before Christmas!) were lovely, especially Ursula. She expertly and kindly helped me navigate all the offerings, knocked three gifts off my list and gained a lifelong customer in the process. The complimentary engraving offer also makes Jo Malone a stellar place to visit when you need your gift to be a extra special without being gauche. Thank you so much Ursula!

Jo Malone has the absolute best smelling perfumes! Ursula was incredibly helpful and she introduced me to all my new favorite fragrances. Overall amazing shopping experience.

I just happened to pass the store and decided to go in. Glad I did. I left with 3 Christmas gifts marked off my list. Tracy seemed very knowledgeable and was very sweet. The employees were following procedures and social distancing which made me feel very comfortable. Will be shopping here again!
