“We took our time to get 6 quotes for our roof replacement and new skylight installation. We were looking for a company that would install our chosen product Owens Corning Duration Cool, their estimate needed to be fair, and most importantly, their project manager needed to be easy to work with. After meeting with Alex from Forever Builders a few times (and screened his ratings on Yelp, oh yes we sure did), who seemed to meet all of the above checkpoints, we took a chance with him and Forever Builders. Our instinct was right on - Alex is the best project manager you could ask for.

His communication is exceptional, always let us know the day before what would happen the next day. He showed up everyday to take videos of the roof installation progress to share with us along the way. He responded to our questions/concerns promptly, regardless the time of the day and even in the weekend. When unexpected issues occurred, he went extra mile to make sure they were resolved in a timely manner. It took Velux 4 times to finally deliver the perfect skylight to us, Alex worked his magic to get us incentive, which brought our cost down to half of the original price.

“Best Home Kitchen and Bath came out to remodel our kitchen. First off, quality. The job quality is insane. It's so good! I'm excited every time I walk into the kitchen. It feels like it keeps getting better. The tile beautifully laid, the counter tops were cut and beveled custom, everything is solid and firm, no cracks or weird artifacts left behind. I couldn't ask for more. Didn't expect incredibly fast work, they were in and out, took care of protecting everything, ripped out the old kitchen, fixed up some issues we had lingering, then went right to work, and before we knew it everything was up, solid, sturdy, evenly installed, balanced, and secured. If only I had a experienced contractor like them for everything. They gave options for all facets of the job, had considerations we never knew existed, and helped select the best ideas and layout for everything when we needed a little help with design. The team is respectful, and we overall had a great experience. It was a lot of fun.”

“Wish they were open a bit later (they close at 4:30 so they cater to more of the professional population vs the regular guy who likes to fix things themselves), but they are a life save of a store. They have almost every single hard to get plumbing item known to man. Also the employees are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. You will not be sorry you went here for what you need. Also it might just be the New Yorker in me but I prefer to support small businesses. Especially when they are superior to a Home Depot or Lowe's.”

“I always get lost in this store in the best possible way. They have a great selection of everything for the home, just give yourself time to sift through everything. Got a bunch of really nice frames. Great candles (even soy based). There's a bathroom in the back, could be cleaner by fine enough. I always wait a little in line to pay but never as long as at the one in mission valley. Bonus that the shopping center also has a tj maxx, sprouts and dollar store.”
