More often than not many delivery items are unavailable like a plain bread or sliced ham but the delivery process goes very well. We tried pickup for years but delivery is better

Bad management! I can't find anything as I used too. And even so, they keep changing everything! STOP CHANGING WHERE EVERYTHING GOES!!! The self check outs are mostly closed. Some employees are nice some of them run off and don't help you, like someone called April!! My friend needed help to get something from behind the glass. One of the employees that had no keys tried to help and saw April near by. The employee called her, but all she did was walked away. She didn't even care. I can tell she's not just any employee because she had no blue vest and a walkie-talkie. Bad store and management.

Don't like going there only 2 cashiers open and waiting line for the self checkout. This is pretty much every time I have gone there.

DO NOT BUY PRODUCE HERE!! We saw a Walmart employee pull tomatoes out from underneath the display, and he put those nasty things right back up to be purchased.

Was in the self check out line and was waiting it for me to be my turn. The person who was in charge with the line didn’t see me when I was next to her and was about to send me to the back of the line. She wasn’t paying any attention at all and an other worker had to tell her I was in the line.

My wife and I tried to contact the store at McKinley for an item check on a few different occasions. No one ever answers the phone. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows horrible customer service.

Eren the manager for pick up location had me waiting for so long and before i can ask him questions he left. Very bad customer service. So i had to get out my car and wait by the pick up door location for him to come out the pick up location for x minutes in the heat. The purpose of the pick up was broken and i didnt get to get my item. Very bad customer service. I understand that they cant give us item without id but he should have waited and answered the questions instead of walking away specially as a manager. And when i went to after him asking him a simple question he had me waiting for long time i dont know how he is a manager
