This pharmacy lies! I went to yhe pharmacy to ask the Pharmacist a question. The girl inside the pharmacy told me that the Pharmacist had gone out to lunch (at 4 p) I said to the girl, so the Pharmacist isn't back there & not even in the store? She said, Yes. So I lied and said, "that's too bad because I'm a pharmacy inspector. It took two seconds for the pharmacist to jump from his hidden spot behind the counter and said look I'm here I'm here. Most people don't know this, but it is against the law for anyone to be in a pharmacy or to have the pharmacy open WITHOUT A PHARMACIST present.All she had to do was tell me when his break was over & to come back then. If the pharmacist wants to take his lunch in the pharmacy without interpretation, he should close up the windowThis pharmacist was just lazy & didn't want to do his job nor help people. He didn't want to be bothered. If I really was a pharmacy inspector and the pharmacist really wasn't there, he would have lost his pharmacy license just like that. I just got out from urgent Care and I have literally been sitting in the Drive-Thru for the pharmacy for an hour I think the guy came from his Nation to talk to me. Literally I was waiting for him to come out of a boat or a camel

Totally unreliable, uncaring pharmacy. Breaks appointments without notice. Closes during scheduled hours without notice. Avoid this pharmacy.

So disappointed, I had surgery, and not once, but twice they didn't have my medication in-stock. I really strangled both times, because they restock on Fridays. Then you have to call at 2 pm to check if your medication arrived. Then you can't contact your doctor because Dr's office close Fridays at 5pm (if not earlier), and you have to wait until Monday. To ask your doctor to send the prescription to a different pharmacy.. meanwhile you suffer. I hope they can fix that.

I don’t usually write reviews but this Walgreens was by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. I came in to print out photos but didn’t know how. It was not only hard to get anyone from photos to show up, but when the girl finally did she was super rude and kept rushing me. “Jenny” didn’t even tell me when my prints were finished so I waited a whole fourty minutes before I grabbed someone to get me my pictures that were just sitting on the counter. Half of my photos I refused all because jenny didn’t want to help me properly and had a nasty attitude. I would rather drive a few miles more to get better customer service!! BEWARE!!!

This is the worst pharmacy in Corona. Always a line, always slow. Take dinner breaks at 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. when everybody's getting home from work and want to stop by and get their prescriptions. Brilliant.

I like this Walgreens location. This is our go to pharmacy to pick up my parents' meds; we used to go to CVS and we're loving the change. The staff are really nice and friendly, even with the issues they deal with from some difficult customers.It's a busy 24-hour pharmacy. I hope it stays 24H. Other pharmacies are shortening their hours or closing on some days due to lack of coverage. I'm reading these reviews before me. Y'all need to consider that we are in a pandemic. They are short staffed and are putting their lives on the line to service us. They're going above and beyond (doing overtime) to keep the pharmacy up and running to fill your meds and perform covid tests and vaccinations. Pharmacies are having a hard time recruiting staff that they're advertising over their intercom. You want to become a tech? They're willing to train, then you can see how hectic it is working in pharmacy...WALGREENS PHARMACY STAFF, THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!

I always use the services of this store. The staff is amazing!! And friendly. This store is always busy but they always find a way to close up the lines. My children received both COVID vaccines at this store and my son said Dr. Agie was the best at administering shots! They are also a COVID testing site. My meds get picked up sooner than I expect. The pharmacists also advocate for their patients. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

I just want to say that Liz in the pharmacy was an absolute doll. I was struggling between insurance and meds and she somehow worked her magic to help me figure it out. She was super kind and patient with me. Thanks again LIZ! You are appreciated!

If you call you will be on hold for more than an hour then when it's your turn you'll be disconnected and have to call and wait another hour. This Walgreens sucks, avoid at all costs. All the negative reviews are true.

I called to call in a prescription for a patient last night. I was on hold for almost an hour. The automated service kept saying "there are more than 3 calls ahead of you." After several minutes, it said "there are 2 calls ahead of you." After several minutes again, "there is one call ahead of you." I was happy that I was getting close to getting someone to pick up my call but next thing I know, I got disconnected!!!! I was on the phone from 8:05 pm til 8:57 pm, only to be disconnected . While I was on hold, my patient's husband went there to pick up the Rx since he thought it would have been ready. He stood in a long line and was told that no one called in the prescription for his wife. He told the staff that my call is still probably on hold but staff said no one is on hold!!! So I called again earlier. I was on hold for 15 mins and 36 sec just to be disconnected again. I give up!!!

Major staffing problems. Usually you have to come in or drive in after 9 or 10 pm to avoid a 30 minute wait. This week the pharmacy closed by 9 pm two days. Then they were closed New Years Day with a sign they would open at 8 am Jan 2. Jan 2 the drive-through was closed. Then they had to close for lunch altogether at noon. At 2 pm there were 18 people in line in the store. Even before today's line I thinking about moving my RX's elsewhere. I regularly don't get 30 days worth of some of my RX's. There are some really good staff members in the pharmacy but they have short-staffed the store for years. This may be a corporate decision.

The Most unorganized place to get Covid tested. We normally go to CVS for Covid test. With CVS - you pull up, your test kit is ready to go. My husband & I can get tested together in the same car. (Walgreen told us I would have to go back in the line to get my test kit) CVS technicians are polite & they get line moving efficiently.

Came here to pick up a prescription. they didn't have it because it was on back order yet when I asked if it was possible if they could call another Walgreens to check and see if they have this medicine they would not. And they were very very rude NEVER EVER will I come back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
