We had some construction going on at the house and come to find out the contractors left some metal in the yard that had some sharp edges… our dog ended up with a really bad cut on his paw. We called and Dr. Tillema was able to get us in same day and place stitches in his paw within a few hours. Our pup is doing great and the cut is healing well. Thank you for getting us in so quickly and taking care of us in an urgent situation. We appreciate you and all of the staff for the great care we received!”

“I cannot express enough how much I miss Dr.Bart and his entire staff! I was fortunate to find Dr Bart when I was living in Corona. Since moving, I have been unable to find a satisfactory vet for my furry family members, let alone one that even comes close to the extraordinary care, and comfort given by this Dr. and entire team! It is beyond frustrating that so many Vets out there lack the knowledge, compassion, and professionalism when dealing with the care of our pets. (I.e. family!) “Dr Farrar and his staff are amazing! He always went above and beyond with our seizure pup. Dr Farrar took time after hours many times to call and discuss lab work and after seizure care. Him and his staff would help find the most affordable options for Barkley’s multiple medications and lab work. We were never pressured to do more than what was needed. When it was time to say goodbye, Dr Farrar went way above and beyond to help this process go as smoothly as possible for our family! We will forever be grateful for the amazing care we received from this Doctor and office!”
“I was waiting to receive a package that was essential to completing a business project over the weekend and had been waiting for two days. Friday rolls around (it said the package will be delivered by 8pm that day) and it's coming up to 6pm. So I decide to look at my phone and it's 5:59. They (ups) somehow snuck a message INTO MY PHONE that sad 'package was dropped off at location', and pretty much 6 pm full-blown panic set in. I immediately jumped in my car and called this company (all while not driving of course) a young lady by the name of Sarai T. picked up the phone and I asked if my package had been delivered, and of course...it had been, but was I too late? I told her I had just received the notification and would be there in 2 minutes so I was hoping that they weren't closed (time 6:05 pm). She said, "we're already closed, but come down with your I.D. and you can pick it up." I showed up, showed my I.D. at the door and she gave me my package. How awesome is that? Now that's service. I want MY company to be full of people with this same attitude. You are AWESOME! SCORE! An awesome human being! I understand (A LOT!) that people have lives outside of their job so the fact that Sarai T. was willing to stay behind for a mind-blowing 10 minutes!! was AMAZING! She could have just as easily told me "sorry we're closed, come by when we're open", and I would really have no other option than to say "ok", but she went above and beyond, and as far as I'm concerned she went WELL above and beyond her duty. To Postal Express, this employee is phenomenal. You better give her a promotion before another company snatches her up! These types of attitudes are getting rarer by the day! Sarai T.
