Called to ask about printing for shipping labels the employee said hi and proceeded to have his own conversation with me on the line after I was done explaining what I needed he said “Huhh” so I had to explain again !!

This store provides great service. The entire staff is helpful and kind. The wait time is minimal. They are able to process customers quickly during busy times. I made an address mistake on a shipment and they were able to retrieve the package and get the package on its way again..I really appreciate the way this store treats customers. Thank you!!!

Terrible place, I brought in a helmet to ship to a friend. Bald rep with glasses (as I don't recall his name) super unprofessional. Throwing the motorcycle around frustrated because he couldn't find a box that would fit. He placed helmet and sealed once a box large enough was allocated. I witnessed the whole process from A-Z. At ring out he charges me for packing materials which he did not use to seal the package. Anyways he attempted to school me on the billing process and said it's standard fee, that he also billed me for. I left it as is. Made sure to remind him of his incompetence and told him he owes me dinner. Since we like to get fine dined and wined since he fucked me at his store.

Store rep Cynthia and I share the same name. She was awesome! Great customer service, and very friendly. She deserves a raise or a promotion or both! Love her!

I've had only 1 positive experience out of 10-12 at this store. Once I was in line behind 6 or 7 people and when I finally got to the front, the employee (yes, there was only one at this point) chose to tidy up the packages instead of serving me. No one was waiting behind me. This was just one example of their indifference toward the customers. I now drive out of my way to go to the UPS store on Grape St. in Lake Elsinore.

Nobody showed up for work. Got there at opening before work and not only was the cage down, but the lights were off and there wasn’t a single employee to be seen. Four other customers were already there and said they hadn’t seen anyone. I had to leave to get to work on time. Totally unprofessional.

Yikes!! Waiting in line I see the owner being super rude to a delivery person, customers ahead of me and employees all look miserable. The prices are also really expensive too. Beware!!Mountain gate Foothill location or Magnolia location way better/nicer.

I have had no bad experience with this store. Zeidy has always been Helpful she has great customer service, every time I go in to deliver packages I’m in and out.

I'm letting all of Corona know DO NOT return your Amazon packages here. This is the only UPS store that charges for taping and packaging for a FREE Amazon return! It clearly states on Amazon that when you return at a UPS store no label or boxes are required. So overall this store is a scam. Never coming here again.

Terrible service. 3 employees saw me walk in, immediately avoided eye contact, then proceeded ignoring me and complaining about work. When they finally Decided to help me they wanted to charge me $4.50 to print the label for a return AND charge me for a small piece of tape. WOW!

Took a package in to be shipped internationally. (Postage was already at $129.) As I was signing the customs forms, the clerk told me the date was 6/28, for which I signed and dated as such. Looked at the calendar and saw that clerk was wrong and the date was actually 6/29. Needed three new customs forms (ie: three sheets of paper reprinted) and clerk would not comp despite their error. Wanted to charge $4+ for me to email them the form and to print them out. What?!?!?! When I protested, I was then told they would only charge me for the email. If this store can’t pony up three sheets of paper and an email fee to correct THEIR error, then they don’t deserve anyone’s business. Owner/manager was present during this interaction, by the way. This is no way to treat your customers! Just done!!!!

I'm shocked! This place charges $4.35 for 1 8x11 copy! $1.35 for one piece of tape. I get it, inflation but we went from .35cent copies to $4.35? What a rip off.
