Be careful at this location came to buy a new phone and for years I never get the insurance due to I have a spare if needed.After there trying to to sale me different plans and upgrades waisting time.I wanted to pay for new iPhone 15 in full this way there were no changes on my old plan and be done.They kept insisting trade my old phone in and make payments on new,well after I was finally done and supposedly no changes I left. 10 months later I call customer service to enquire about wireless router and of course trying to up sale me again on phone on my plan I noticed that when I purchased the phone they added insurance to my plan $18 a month that I never noticed because I have direct pay from business account.So for that whole time they took this money from me and will not give refund,also wanted to speak to supervisor and won't get response back from shady company!

Worst customer service ever. Zero effort to apply any form of customer service and when competitor promotions and pricing are brought up the "salesmans" response was "well you gotta do you"....btw, veterans, Verizon offers basically the same discount and if you take your current phones over it's actually cheaper. Plus...huge discounts on new devices with trade ins WHERE PHONE CONDITION DOESNT MATTER. Just saying....several decade long TMobile customer out!

One of the worst customer service places. They offer no help and once they do their sales pitch and you don't buy right away based off the first offer or still have questions they basically blow you off. Awful place !

Just popped in to return an item. More than 30 minute wait. Left cell number and was told would get a text, never got one. So just left store. Have to try again.

We walked into the store and not one worker acknowledged us even though they all looked up and seen us walk in. I was standing waiting to be checked in and nothing. A couple who walked in after us, sat down, was called over but not me who was standing waiting. We waited 10 minutes and not one employee greeted us to check in or anything so I left. When a customer walks in a simple “Hi, be right with you” would be nice. Worst T-Mobile I’ve ever been to.

Beware of their promising promotions. I was promised a great deal from that store and ended up paying more and the promotion discounts didn’t applied because of my trade in was not qualified after all was done a few weeks later. I’m very disappointed with their employees and especially Victoria for misleading me with great deals and promotions. I’ll never go back to that store again. After two years is up I’m out.

Ms. Lupé is the best! Ms. Lupé and Ms. Jennifer helped me get the better deal. Basically, everyone working there is very helpful, friendly, and professional! I went to a different tmobile store at the Victor Valley Mall. I was sold with get 2 new lines, get 2 new S23's for free. But something just didn't quite add up. So if you're greeted by Robert up there, beware! They did all the "heavy lifting" which was explained by Ms. Lupé that my bill was going to be more expensive, only one of them is free, and my phone plan changed. I just sat there while Robert, with slight of hands push some buttons on his tablet, asked me questions, got the new phones with cases -btw, liquid screen protector is not worth it. I had it for 7 days, and my phone screen had multiple micro scratches. Not worth the hype- I wasn't well informed as to the pay breakdown, what my phone plan was going to be, I didn't know what deal I was really getting until I decided to go to Ms. Lupé and her team, who better explained. She broke everything down for me. So, thank you for being upfront and patient with everything and helping me and my family get the best deal with the upgrades! The lines and wait time might be long or look busy, but just know that you and your family will be in good hands. They are trying to get you the best deal and bang for your buck! Also, they are trying to make sure y'all understand what your options are and what deals you are getting. So, please be patient! There are no dumb questions, only the ones that aren't asked which is what I did. No one is perfect, but this store made me feel like they really care. With the help of T-Mobile Customer service along with Ms. Lupé and her team, everything was refunded, and I got the deal I was looking for! 2 free new phones, and my bill will still stay the same! I've been to multiple tmobile stores throught out the years, and out of all of them the store here at the temescal shopping center in Corona will be my forever home for all phone deals, upgrades, and tech support! These T-Mobile representatives care! Thank you for your time!

Scammers! Don’t come to this store. With out my consent they added an additional line for an Apple Watch to my plan. I’ve never in my life needed a service to use an Apple Watch. Now I’m going through the headache of trying to get this mess cleaned up.

Just went there where they had 2 clients in their store. When I came they said they were closed. Made it a very easy decision as At&T was open in the same complex and answered my questions and signing up. That's all it takes sometimes!
