“This team is 100% committed to outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond what the customer expects. I came in looking for a wardrobe refresh for a new job. I was specifically looking for a pair of black skinny pants and she walked with me to the table where they were displayed instead of just saying, "They're over there on that table." Then she proceeded to hold up the various options and talk through the different product features to help me compare and make a decision. Another associate chimed in with some options for tops, a blazer, and other coordinating pieces. They also walked me through all the updated versions of denim available in store and online. I felt like I had my own styling team! I have worked in retail for over 10 years and the associates at this store are at the top of their game being warm, friendly and taking an interest in me and my styling needs. How refreshing to experience this level of service in a retail chain store. Keep up the good work Loft and hire more associates like the ones at this store!
