“When I walked in there were no obvious signs of where the UPS access point was located. When viewing from Google maps it shows it’s located in the center of the building. I went to the center of the building there was a girl there unloading boxes and I asked her where to go and she said I was at the right place. She scanned my barcode and took my box and off I went. Easy to find and very quick just look for somebody out on the floor and they can probably help you with your UPS drop-off/pick-up services.”
“Passport Photos and Mailing!!Walked in for pictures to renew my passport.While there she offered to print the online form(tech error on my part made it impossible)So she printed the hard copy for me to fill out manually.Grabbed a money order at the Vons next door.Super friendly and helpful! Took a stressful thing and made it easier on me. Whole process took me an hour, and I saved money by not going to an appointment only agency.Store is immaculate and clean. I appreciate that!”

“My fiancé and I went in to print our wedding welcome sign and seating chart. We did not know what was required to print on a 36x24 board. Victoria was beyond patient and took her time explaining everything. She is so knowledgeable and kind. While we waited for her to put in our order she over heard our conversation and asked what else we were trying to do and we ended up getting our menus printed there too. She is the example of someone who goes above and beyond. After making sure everything was to our satisfaction, she told us our order would be ready in a few days. “12/11/23 FTL my appointment was at 6am I got there by 05:45 got dock straight away and I was unloaded less then in 45 minutes so my experience was great if you get there in time but there is no parking on the road only but risky, I parked at night near .9 mile dirt parking it’s say no night parking but I did anyways”

“i visited on a perfect day and was assisted by both "benny" and "elva" which they were both very nice and helpful. i came in for passport services and didn't have the paperwork but set up an appointment online and they were able to see me right on time. they have a small location for you to take the photo on site as well right in front of the counter so be prepared for that. i was asked what kind of passport i wanted and explained the prices and time frames for expedited shipping (at an additional cost) or regular. i had no issue while filling out the paperwork or the process of applying for a passport at all. there is also plenty of parking available in the front and side of the building.”

“Counter clerks are generally meh with exception of a few good ones. This review is solely for drivers and their delivery system. I run an online business send out 5~10 packages daily. They are super quick to process and never once made a mistake with any of my 5000+ outbound packages.Can't say the same about residential mails or incoming deliveries, but at least outbound package handling has insane accuracy.”
