I Attached three pictures, two were showing how much the cash price is and one of them was my online receipt that shows that I paid in cash but for some reason I was charged the credit card price. I don't know the whole intentional or not but I would assume that the system should automatically recognize that I paid in cash inside but for some reason when I got home I realized I was being charged the credit card price which is an additional 10 cents. I get a lot of discounts at Shell because I have the application but I included the screenshot to show that I was basically charged an extra 10 cents per gallon for absolutely no reason. Not sure who this could happen by accident when I paid in cash.

i have had no issues when visiting this gas station multiple times over the past few years. it's easily accessible when exiting or entering the freeway and the prices are expected for the location. i have also gone to use the car wash and have had no problem with that either. i plan on returning as long as the cars aren't piled up and it's a long wait.

Completely hostile and unfriendly night shift employees - stopped to look at a map here and within one minute the worker aggressively rushes up to my car and tells me I'm not allowed to camp there! Completely out of line. i've spent literally hundreds of dollars at this gas station over the years but I'm going across the street to their competitors from now on!

Bathroom was disgusting and gas was much more expensive than the surrounding stations, it looks like they jack up the prices because they give ten cents off for a car wash so really not getting a discount

Its always a pleasure and convenient to stop by for a cup of Tony's coffee, I've been coming here for over a year and my personal experience stopping by here either for coffee or gasoline has been awesome. Tony has good customer service and is always on patrol making his customers feel safe when they come in and when they leave. I highly recommend this place especially when Tony is there on the graveyard shift, come before 6:30 am for a quick stop, hope he is well recognized for his good customer service and security. +

After hours of driving my fiancé and I decided to get off the freeway and buy some snacks to stay awake. And all we got was mistreated by the clerk. Was asked to show an id to use a visa debit card After he made a big deal about it I went to get it. When I came back in with my id he was on the phone with the police I asked why was I being asked for an id he said I was going to be arrested and was scanning my id aggressively so I decided to record because I felt disrespected and discriminated against. At this point all I filmed was the location and this man yelled at me and said it was illegal after I corrected him he took out his phone and recorded me and said a bunch of things/threats. As we walked out he continued shouting. As we pumped gas he walked out the store twice saying things but at this point we paid him no attention. We drove away saddened and realized he never gave us our Red Bull's after kicking us out of the store so we went back for it. After walking in and asking for the Red Bull's he shouts ur going to jail and the cops are looking for u in front of everyone. I felt embarrassed. I do not recommend this place for good vibes. The man obviously hates his job/life and should not be working with people since he lacks customer service skills

How d*** can an you all be. Gas is $5 a gallon and you have a max of $50. U idiots think. Needless to say I made it home from work and back at another station putting more gas in. I've got nothing but time to pump gas. DICKS!

Pumps don't take gift cards outside, so I went inside and lost my 80 cents Ralphs discount that I already entered into the pump.

I pumped gas and that wasn't the issue. I bought 2 Hawaiian breads and both were expired. To the point of moldness. Yes its my fault for taking a bite without checking it first, but its shells responsibility to check their products for expiration smh.

We went by 945 on a tonight to get some drinks and the doors were both locked and no attendant was available. Kind of unprofessional when you advertise 24 hours. Unfortunate
