i would not recommmed this store for por customer service and lack of keeping their word . bought a stove in august , when delivered was not working , exchanged for another one , same problem occurs in December barely three months after . Vince who says is a manager there was handling the case advised that I call Whirpool to come fix but on the appointment day they said they will not as it has been over 30 days . I drove to the store . gave the feedback and asked Vince if he could call while I was there to avoid back and forth stories , he said he was busy . He had promised to change it if it's not fixed and had also told him since this has happened twice I would prefer a different brand . i left the store unhappy and unsatisflied , barely less than 5 minutes he called and said they will not fix or exchange as it is a Levelling issue . Number one ; I took a video of the non functional section and shared with him so he has a clear picture of what was going on , then now he is also talking of Levelling . I am a frustrated customer with a stove worth 1600 dolars that can't baKe nor broil. do not expect much from these people while shopping here . They care less about customer satisfaction . very disappointed .

5 stars for the service. Frank was incredibly accommodating and helpful. If you're in the market for affordable appliances with some aesthetic issues definitely come check this place out. Refrigerators are so expensive these days, it's ridiculous. We bought 4 items, refrigerator, dishwasher, and 2 recliner chairs for $1800. The price included delivery of all the items and disposal of the refrigerator. Plus we were able to get the free financing for 12 months. It was a great deal
