I'm honestly not sure their covid testing is being done properly. Don't come to this location unless you want to overthink if your results have been mixed with someone else because they're so disorganized and the pharmacy staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing.

So today is September 8, 2021 I just left the pharmacist I had to call it almost 9 PM because the manufacture change the color of the prescription and I didn’t understand it I thought maybe I had the wrong medication no that was not the case the pharmaceutical changes colors I love this pharmacist they have make sure my medicine is always right and what I’m allergic to leave at 9 o’clock at night my name is Christine Williams and my husband and I Dan Williams love the pharmacist and the staff at the store thank you so much for keeping us safe and answering all the questions and always kind

I love this rite aid. The workers are very nice and the store is always so clean. Perfect place for errands or refilling prescriptions!!

Pharmacy staff at Rite Aid are friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and will communicate with you. They offer solutions and alternatives. My prescription was ordered and available within the time frame. Way better experience than CVS.

Saturday may 15 2021 I was made line to buy ice cream cone service for 15 minutes when I tried to make my order the employee in services told my I need to wait for another 15 minutes because his was going to take a break ,there was me and others two customers. It is so ridiculous and very frustrating for me

I love Rite Aid I love the pharmacist we got our shot today they are so good to us I love the pharmacy because I have to take medication and they make sure I’m not allergic to anything they become like family my husband and I are very happy with them and will continue to use them Christine and Dan Williams thank you for the coronavirus shot today

If you are planning on getting a Covid Vaccine here, don't. We waited for an hour. They were not busy and made us wait 45 minutes past our schedule appointment time. It took way too long. I'm not impressed at all.

Still waiting on Covid results. Called and was referred to the website which is not helpful at all. I do not recommend getting a test through Rite Aid.

I bought enfamil infant formula for my 1 month old newborn that expired 3 months ago at this location. I was at the store on and bought the formula on 25Dec2020 and the expiry date on the box was 01Oct2020. I went back to the store to complain why I was given expired formula (from behind the cashier counter). I was told the manager was not at the store and simply given another carton of formula expiring in about 1 month. This is a concern that old formula is being sold here and I wasn't properly addressed regarding this issue since management was not present that day. I had to go twice to the store and paid for formula that had expired and given another one that will soon expire.

Been coming to this pharmacy for last 8yrs and never had too much errors with my prescriptions refilled until today when my husband came home with our insulin pens and noticed that there weren't any needles that's needed to inject the drug. When I called to ask why I was told that I needed to ask for them when they are normally included with the pens in order for it to work. The pharmacy tech became argumentative when I asked how are we to use this pen when we don't have the needles. She didn't know what she was doing or saying when she says that this was a new order that needs an hour to process. She then rechecks my prescription order and tells me that they need to do it but then notice that it was done and instead of helping me buy filling my request I was put on eternity hold and transferred to the front of the store to talk to the store manager instead of the pharmacy supervisor who didn't know about anything regarding medication. I was ridiculed by being on hold on and off until they felt like answering the phone. I was then told after 15mins if I had a complaint that I would need to call back tomorrow to talk to a mgr. I was livid that it took 29mins to talk to a pharmacist because of those 2 individuals. This pharmacy used to be efficient with staffs that were professional, friendly and customer oriented. Now its staffed with incompetent people that don't know what they're doing. You're lucky if they answer the phone without asking to put you on hold over 10-12mins tops. Try hanging up and calling again will get same response. You are not told of what you are being charged so you need to ask what is charged when they ring up your meds. They've made several mistakes by charging more because of your coverage with your insurance. Be vigilant

Ok so as much as I hate to complain and say this I'm sure everyone will agree with me when I request they double up when they order their "CHOCOLATE MALTED CRUNCH ICE CREAM" AAAAAAHHHHHHH ITS SO FRUSTRATING BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY ONE THAT ALWAYS SELLS OUT......... So please whom ever does the inventory/ ordering - please please order extra . Especially when they have the ice cream on sale because I love this store it's close to my house , the employees are great but THEY NEVER HAVE MY ICE CREAM . That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.......
