“Basmah and Elizabeth are so sweet , you can feel they really care about your concerns and will answer all your questions about your medication. I have been treated for my condition since I was 28, I am now about to turn 44. I have been to a half a dozen pharmacies but never felt I was treated like a person, only treated like a number or a filled bottle of pills. When ever I had questions the pharmacist was always too busy to listen would be on the computer while talking to me and , would give me a brief take as prescribed (which is on the bottle already) and hears a print out of information stapled to your bag.BUT WITH BASMAH she will stop what she’s doing lean into you with full attention and answer all your questions, concerns until you have no more. She will remember you and your conversation because when you go back the next month to pick up your medication, she follows up on the conversation that we had. I wish my doctor had the patience and compassion for their patients as she does for her customers.”

“I would like to recognize an employee who went above and beyond for me today--Robinson (couldn't see the whole name tag, so I'm guessing).Today I went to pick up an order and mentioned how the app only offers one alternative when something isn't available. He asked me what I would have gotten instead. When, I told him he said: Let me pack your groceries in your car, then I'll check. He went back into the store and was unable to find what I wanted. BUT, he brought out another possible substitution. Wow! Talk about service and critical thinking!I so appreciate this employee going above and beyond! Hope he gets some kind of recognition.”

“I needed 2 tires and was offered a really great deal for 4 tires with $100 on the specific tires i chose. Alex helped us out and he was beyond amazing! With the rain my car was a bit of a mess with metal stuck in one of my tires, then the seam of another tire off the rim causing it to look based on the rim getting hit and causing tears in my tire from being sharp. Alex explained everything that was happening to my tires in detail, got me a good deal, filled up all 4 of my tires to last me until my next apt. and was super pleasant to work with in a high stress time.”

“Customer service at this Sam's location is excellent. Driveup pick-up is a godsend when doing bulk shopping with an infant. The store is fairly well organized. The only thing I dislike about this location is the parking lot. The aisles are narrow and some people drive like they got single digit iq. It doesn't help that it shares the entrance with home depot where nobody bothers to use their turn signal or pay attention to the stop sign.”
