I love my massage therapist. She does an amazing job. Front desk has gotten a lot better recently, more friendlier than it had been. Still disappointed that the same people that see me every two weeks don't know me by name. Years ago I would walk in and they greeted me by name, it was just a nice feeling.

I have three accounts here for years I have a crew 20 credits the manager is not letting me use them at the benefit of the account holders as a result canceling my accountsFurthermore the manager was rude and wouldn’t let me talk to the owners no empathy at all whatsoever

THE WORSE MASSAGE I EVER HAD!!! ZERO massage technique, a total waste of time and money!! Jacob started late at 2:38 my appt was at 2:15 and ended at 3:17. It's supposed to be a 60 minute massage. Jacob has absolutely no idea of what the heck he was doing. It was more of a pat down with cream then an actual massage. I had to keep on telling him to apply pressure, he didn't listen. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

I'm very disappointed. I don't know how I can use all my accumulated massages. I was told they didn't have an opening until July. I called this morning. Then I tried to book a facial and there was no availability as well.

The one star is for their customer service policies, not quality of massage therapists (they were really good). My issue with massage envy corona started when I was unable to schedule a service with them without waiting a month (sometimes several months) because they are severely understaffed with therapists. I decided to cancel my membership because it felt like a waste of money as I could rarely schedule a service. I am a full time teacher and do grad school in the evenings and have a hard time finding time to make phone calls, so I emailed their guest relations department. I emailed them in February and March without receiving a response and was charged both months. I reached out again in April and asked for a refund of February and March as I asked to cancel back in February. I was told they can not refund me for February or March because I didn't fill out a cancellation form. I would have been more than happy to do that in February if they would have given me ANY information about how to cancel but all they did was literally ignore me. I was extremely polite throughout this whole experience as I have a customer service background myself and was met with an extension of an extra month to use my remaining services but absolutely no refund for February of March. I do not see how this is ethical or okay. I asked for them not to charge me multiple times, was ignored multiple times and now they won't even give me my money back. They told me they were "more than accommodating" word for word. It's not my fault you dropped the ball massage envy - do better. DO NOT start a membership with them unless you are okay with this happening to you too.

I called in for pricing on services. *rings* Me: "hi how much is a membership and what it come with?" MassEn: "it's $70 and comes with one hour of time be two wards a service. Stretching, massages, facials" Me: "how much is a facial?" MassEn: "our memberships are $70 and comes with one hour of time be two wards a service. Stretching, massages, facials" Me: "ok...how much is a massage without membership" MassEn: "our memberships come with one hour of time" Me: "ok- but-how much is a massage with and without a membership? Because I'm going to want more than one in a month" MassEn: "our memberships come with one hour-" Me: - (Hungup) Please post the prices or train the staff on phone calls.

This Massage Envy location is horrible. They have terrible customer service. After my appointment being canceled several times and having to wait months to book other appointments they provided me with a free facial. I thought that was fair and appreciated it until I found out they really charged me and just gave me points on my account. The girl who did it assured me that it would all be recorded correctly and I would not be charged. That didn't happen so I spoke with Val and explained the situation to her. She is rude and blames poor service on being short staffed and people not wanting to work. I guess that means because of that it's okay for her to have an attitude and use that as a poor excuse for not wanting to provide great customer service to fix it correctly. No thank you! Don't waste your time on this location. Go to a location that cares about their clients. The one in Chino is wonderful, reliable and they have great customer service. They truly care for their clientele unlike Eagle Glen.

I just tried to set up an appointment at this location and was told I have to wait until April. I can't even use the couple's room. I asked about cancelling membership and was told I couldn't get a refund. All I could get was a credit. How can I use a credit if I can't set up an appointment? I have been a member for a long time and I know that there are other massage locations out there. Seems very unethical.
