My granddaughter and I got mani and pedi together. She’s one three years old. The lady that did her nails was very patient and good with her. The guys who did my manicure, the polish bubbled and became lumpy while I was getting my pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure was doing a great job til I cashed out and left him a 10 dollar tip. It seem like he got mad and had receptionist paint my nail while he was in corner of front desk pretending he was looking for a certain polish. I asked why he wasnt painting my toes, receptionist said he was getting ready for his next client.I felt guilty for the amount of tip I left which I thought was reasonable. I’m not going back there. Not only that they kept talking about me and granddaughter in their language which I made me uncomfortable

I went in to happy nails at approx 1:30pm, I asked for a dip fill. I was sat with an older gentleman who they refused to tell me his name until i explained i was a cosmologist and would be filing a complaint with the board but I believe his name to be Tony. He started the process and was not doing what I asked. I showed a photo of what i wanted, picked my colors and he went and did something completely different than i asked. I stopped him and corrected him about 3x. I was trying to give grace that maybe he did not understand what i was asking even though i had a photo and he was nodding in agreement with me but doing different. With every time I tried to correct him he got angrier with me and began to file and be more rough with my nails. I asked repeatedly for someone else or for him to stop the services so I could leave. To which he refused to allow me to leave or speak to someone else and repeated "no i will do it." I sat there about to cry asking him to stop as he continued to use the electric drill on my natural nail, to the point I felt burning and pain multiple times on multiple nails. It got to the point on my ring finger it hurt so bad that I yanked my hand away and my natural nail had been drilled through to the bed and was bleeding. When I asked for a manager or supervisor they refused and tried to justify their actions stating my nail was thick, when I showed where I was bleeding they changed their statement to my nail was thin. Never once took accountability for hurting me or holding me to services after asking them to stop multiple times!I went here for 10 ish years before leaving the state 3 years ago, we moved back and I thought I'd go back to them but with today I will never return! I've filed a complaint with the board and I advise anyone who has been injured due to services to do the same and for people seeking a nail place to go somewhere else.I'm not sure what happened from the last time I was there 2ish years ago to now but it is not okay!

i've been coming here for years. years. i like the staff, and can overlook it when my pedicures aren't "perfect" because it's so convenient, but i'm absolutely mortified and at a loss of words after my experience today. when removing the gel from my last pedicure, the technician used an electric drill and shaved down so many layers of my actual nail that it was red and painful to the touch. i don't know if she was rushing or if the gel color was so close to my actual nail color, but it left several of my toe nails completely warped, raw, and uneven. i was so upset i couldn't speak. certain nails, specifically the nails on my big toes, are wafer thin in some places and completely destroyed. there was no apology or accountability and i felt like they just tried to gloss over it and act like nothing happened. it will be months before they grow out and i can have them done again; when they do, i'll be finding a new salon.

I had my nails filled at the Corona location by Tracy. She did an excellent job on them and took the time to make sure they came out perfect. Also massaged my hands and arms with oil and lotion to remove the dryness of my hands. She was very sweet and very good at what she does. She also does waxing, body massages and pedicures. You should stop by and ask for her.

Just terrific! Jennifer gave me a great gel fill. Used very little acrylic like I prefer. Very sweet lady. The shop is gorgeous. It looks brand new. Bathroom is way superior to other salons I have been too. Their prices are the same as everywhere else. The shop is a little hard to find. I had to use my GPS in the parking lot to find it. It was well worth it!

We've have been coming to Happy Nails for a number of years. They are great with my daughter who has Down's Syndrome and who is a bit fussy about her appearance. They are extremely kind and patient with her. We just had a mother-daughter manicure pedicure earlier today.

Very quiet for an afternoon...I was told $60 for a gel mani pedi... the mani was done well, the pedi was rushed. I gave both ladies a tip, went to pay & it was $92! I guess only the rich can afford to have their nails done. I's totally put me off ever having my nails done again!

If I could I would give no stars! I would highly recommend no one to ever go to this salon ever! Went in for a full set and pedicure for myself and a nail fill and pedicure for my daughter. First of all let's talk about the whole "you get what you pay for" thing. The prices are extreme for the crappy service that is provided. I always get my nails long just the way I like them, and yes I'm fully aware long nails is an extra charge, but the fact is my nails were cut shorter than I asked. Then the guy doing my nails didn't ask me if I want any specific shape or nothing he just went to slap some acrylic on when I had to stop him and ask if I could have a specific shape which is coffin shape. My nails are crooked, all of them are shaped differently and since he had already glued the tips on I battled with if I just had them removed or not but felt like if I said just remove them then they would have been ripped off causing damage to my already fragile nails since I do get them done often. So I ended up just asking for as basic as I could for my nails instead of doing design nails as I always have and yes I know the cost of that is also more I have no issue paying when I get great service and amazing nails it's worth it. Then after my nails were done the guy puts cuticle oil on my nails but turns my hand to where it's literally just dripping down my hand. Now some may feel this isn't a big deal but the brush and jar that held the cuticle oil had a brush on a stick that was already in it he pulls it out touches it to my skin and places it back. Now this is hygienically concerning to me because how do you know everyone's hands are clean and your just taking the brush you just touched on mine and God knows who else's hands and letting that all marinate in that cuticle oilHe then squirts a large amount of lotion in my hand while my other hand was still curing and then once done says "rub your hands together" and no I'm not complaining about the oil and lotion it's the large amounts that were used and unnecessary. Not to mention other places I've been they rub the oil in immediately. At this point since the guy was the "only nail tech" there I wasn't even going to have him ruin my daughters nails so we decided to just pay for the services provided and find her some place else. Now onto the pedicures....the woman doing my pedicure was closing her eyes as if she was extremely tired and then she did a horrible job painting my toes. The woman doing my daughters pedicure ended up cutting one of her toenail's extremely short so now her toes are uneven. When I went to pay the woman checking me out was saying someone can fix my nails and that was a hard no because I for sure wasn't going to waste another hour for horrible service especially when they were already upset that I wasn't pleased with the service. I showed her my nails look crappy and some have these weird humps and bumps in them. I asked for a receipt with the cost breakdown and you would assume they would have said hey I'll give you $5 off nope not anything just rudeness when the guy started talking crap because I wasn't happy. Never in my life have I ever not left a tip for services and I have always been very generous with tipping, but today I wrote my first $0 tip. If your reading these reviews and thinking well maybe I can give them a chance proceed at your own risk and be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for crap service. The service is literally like paying for a gallon of gas that has been mixed with water at a 75% water 25% gas! If you go here...MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOR!!!

I came to have my broken nail fixed. So they ask me to sit down. They start speaking in their language. One lady comes up to me looks at my nail and asks me you need a nail repair? I say yes. So they start speaking in their language again and lie and tell me they don't have the powder to fix my nail. EVERY nail salon has pink and white powder!!! I see why they got bad reviews on Yelp!! So since I am only needing a repair you wanna lie? Wow! Just be honest and say you don't wanna fix my nail! I came to have my broken nail fixed. So they ask me to sit down. Well, I called ahead to make an appt. for a pedicure. 9:30 was my appointment. I arrived on time and was greeted quickly and told to pick a color. After a few min the chair was prepped and ready for me. First the water was cold. Then it was heated a bit. I patiently waited for 30 min...now in tepid water for them to come and do my pedicure. Why make an appt?? Anyway, the rest of the pedicure was just ok...a bit rushed and lacked care and attention. $45 dollars later and the delay in my session made me late for another appt. Once I got home I then realized that all the nail edges were sharp and rough. So, I had to file all the nails down so I wouldn't get caught on my socks and sheets. I will not be back. Sorry

Bad experience. they don’t even scrape the bottom of your feet and it’s $60 for a gel pedicure. I asked if they could please scrape the bottom of my heels with a scraper and they said they don’t do that. They use a brush that does nothing other than move scrub around and not do anything for dead skin. No thanks for coming in or anything. Just bad customer service all together.Service: Pedicure
