Been here three times the last two horrible experiences. The cashiers were talking when I was right in front of them ready to check out.
This last time I came to make an exchange, no one at the cashiers I looked around the store and not a worker in sight. Until I decided to look around the store did someone offer to help.
They take too long to attend to you, don’t recommend if you’re in a rush.

Sylvia and Elvira were sooo sweet and patient with my difficult and extensive exchange. Even though it had to be redone twice, i never once felt unwelcome or like a burden!

We love thrifting but this store is more expensive than Walmart or even TJ MAXX. Yes, some items are brand names but they are worn out.Overpriced items waiting for $2 color day so they could be sold. DEFINITELY the most expensive thrift store in Corona. Drive a little.There is a Salvation Army store down the street.You could even haggle the price, has %25 coupon everyday.

Really good finds this week at corona goodwill very satisfied with my purchase couldn't find what I was shopping for at Target or Walmarr came to.the Goodwill and got it! Thank you!

if I can give the store a zero I would. The worst customer service I have ever received in SoCal. I have visited numerous goodwill's around the world and unlike this one I was never greeted at the door and then when I go to check out, I wasn't even greated then. Not to mention the numerous attitudes I received from the staff here. And then comes a woman with long black curly hair to do an exchange I had and she does it with attitude. She then continues to walk back, stopping and dragging her feet to the floor. And then one of my items did not have a price tag on it so I let the woman with the long black curly hair put it on she puts 9.99, that's $10 for a hoodie just because it was banana republic. And then she ask me if I would like to donate a couple dollars today I responded with no thank you and so she proceeds to ask me if I would like to donate my change after everything was rang up. The change was $.98. That's almost a dollar and I proceeded to tell her no thank you she then tells me my total with an attitude and says whenever you're ready ma'am, while rolling her eyes. All in all, I will not be returning to this thrift store that has ridiculous prices bad attitudes, and upsell's donated items. Save your time and money and go support a different location not this one. They just lost a customer!

Everything was fine until, we were about to pay for what we bought and there were three cashiers. They took forever to ring up a customer with 2 items! We were in a line, but we moved to the other one because it was shorter.Then they made us move lines again and i waited in that line for around 15 mins. They did really bad for three cashiers that i knew were not new!

Another great experience at this store. From the customer service to the organization of the store you can run in and find something in no time . Everyone is so tentative and helpful and they check you out quickly with a smile. It really makes a difference I'm not sure I'm getting the names right but the two that helped me was Esau and I think Anita geez I hope I didn't get that wrong because she was very sweet she worked the last shift of the evening just incase I got the name wrong Such a wonderful experience .I love this store . It's by far beats them all . Especially goodwill boutique in Tustin that's a nightmare they still have the old school set up. Nothings organized nobody looks you and I are ask you if you're OK I don't know I'm not here to say bad things about the other ones. I just wanted to promote the Corona Goodwill on sixth Street for repeatedly making sure my visit was a wonderful experience. Thank you thank you thank you 100 times. Thank you.

Always find good things there and noticed today the store is looking better and more organized!
