The manager Billie is the most unprofessional human bien 1st off she's currently on parol for welfare fraud and has DUI charges and she currently driving without a license so cops & sheriff's of woodcrest be on the look out black work truck she's also racist against African Americans and people with disabilities she a raging alcoholic often drinking a Dorey's dinner and drinking on the job and bring in her whole entire family for free services and does adjustments on coupons when clients don't even have one to give herself extra tips money which in stealing from the company
