One of your service reps at customer service just hung up on me. His name is David. I need to file a complaint. I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he said the supervisor was going to tell me the same as he. I said I don't care that I want to speak to one and to let them tell me what he just said..he kept saying he's just going to tell you the same thing..your company is the worst ever! Luckily I don't have to deal with you guys.

By far on your f the worst services you can use. They steal your money when you tell them not to but also wanna take forever to refund and give you the run around by telling you to call your bank. They love to hold you personal phone hostage by locking it themselves. I was a costumer for years. Do not join here.

Switched back from t-mobile and go the iPhone 11 Pro for less than $50. I like they use AT&T towers.

Great service. Cricket uses AT&T Network. They offer 4 lines of Unlimited Data with Mexico included for $100/mo.

There was data line issue with my phone. I went to the store. He looked at the issue right away. He detected the cause and solve the problem in 5 minutes.

Miguel helped me out here, great work Miguel. Very polite, extremely helpful and most importantly, he has a great attitude. It was 20 min before closing when I had to come in and he was just all around awesome. They need to give this man his own store ASAP.
