The front office staff were very quick to check us in, we brought in our kitten who needed to have a prelim exam for a procedure. Dr Ivan was friendly and gentle and very knowledgeable. He prescribed antibiotics and some additional pain medication after asking if our kitten had been on any (which he had only been prescribed pain meds). We scheduled the procedure and will be going back in today.
My mom referred us to Dr Ivan, she has been taking her senior diabetic cat here for some time and they do such a great job with her.
I’ll post another update after we take him in today

Great prices great receptionist. Dr was kind but seemed a little rushed or irritated I don’t know. I work with doctors all day so I wouldn’t think twice if it was the norm. But it was almost pushy and I felt like my words didn’t really have much weight. A little rougher than I liked with my chihuahua but nothing crazy. And i didn’t like how my options for antibiotics were so expensive. Other than that i might be back.

Would not give this doctor any stars if an option. Went in for an abscess on small dog. Doctor did not even exam my dog, as I had to hold her down and try and show him and he didn't even touch the dog to see. Then prescribed over $300 of meds and gave me a referral to an emergency vet to put the dog under for any possible removal which he wouldn't know because he didn't even exam the dog to find out if there was anything. In my frustration, I ended up pulling one splinter out while I was in the exam room. Refused all meds, paid the exam fee which still wasn't worthy since he never actually examined the dog properly. Then at home, ended up pulling a foxtail out of the abscess which was a total relief for the dog and putting on some topical ointment treatment amd she's been fine. Typical corporate robbing behavior of pushing meds with doing absolutely nothing to actually help my dog.
The front desk staff was very polite, friendly, professional, and helpful otherwise.

My outside cat suddenly began coming home limping. Took him in and I left pretty satisfied and relieved. X-rays showed feet and hips are excellent. Left with a soft tissue trauma diagnosis, some meds and that was about it. I really liked it here and plan to come here again for my cat if anything.
Later that afternoon, my cat began applying pressure on its leg but still seemed careful of how much pressure to apply. Fast forward to today and he's walking on his hind leg again but still careful, he was almost sprinting at one point.
Edit: The next few days after this review, my cat was walking fine again. I used the medications no more than twice each, they prescribed me three. One was a liquid by mouth and as soon as the cat tasted it, he would run into the wilderness. Lol.

I first came to Corona Community Veterinary Hospital on the recommendation of my dog's groomer, and she was absolutely right. I have brought all my dogs here, and they have always received excellent care. The staff is friendly and approachable, and I've never had any issues scheduling appointments. They are fantastic about accommodating last-minute appointments, and routine appointments are also easy to book. Vaccines are reasonably priced. As with any vet office, the cost of treatment can vary depending on your pet's specific needs and the severity of their condition. Dr. Ivan is wonderful. He communicates thoroughly before starting any treatment, ensuring that you are informed and comfortable with the costs, details, and risks involved. Typically, the wait time in the office is minimal, and you are in and out quickly. My dogs have been seen here for emergencies on multiple occasions, and each time, the care has been exceptional. I highly recommend Corona Community Veterinary Hospital.

I took my dog to this vet many times since it is the closest vet to my home and they had all of her medical records on file so it felt like the easier option but I wish I would have taken her elsewhere sooner. The lack of compassion and dryness from the vet himself. Dr. Ivan is so disappointing to say the least. I took my dog in multiple times for the same issue (urine infection) and it just continued to get worse. Every time I went back they recommended I purchase different medication and "hopefully that will help" I paid for bloodwork and x-rays multiple times, and the issue never got resolved. Instead, more medical issues began to arise. I was told certain medications would cost x amount over the phone and when I went to pick them up the girl at the front desk tried to bill me more. The medicine they prescribed caused her to have seizures and they just sold me medicine to prevent more seizures. ZERO stars do not recommend.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Tried to help a lost dog and they refused to bring the scanner to my car. Tried to take the dog to the front desk and he was extremely scared. Almost got loose and ran into traffic. They said they were short staffed but when I walked in there was NOONE waiting. Girls name at the front desk is Melissa. Hope you all choose a vet that cares about animals a little more than this one.

I've been here before with my older dog and told myself I would never come back after the hefty bill I got for the medical attention I received. But here I am, finding myself at this place earlier this week. My Yorkie seemed to have gotten a foxtail stuck in her ear, was in a lot of discomfort, and this was the only vet clinic/hospital that was able to take her in that same day. We walked in check in was easy, when we get taken into the exam room vet comes in takes a look in her ear and says "yup she has something in her ear" he begins to stay that I have to leave my dog there for about an hour, she was going to need gas anesthesia to put her to sleep. My husband and I did our research online to see what this procedure was like and didn't come across a video that required them to put my dog to sleep(I know we can't believe everything on Dr. Google) we tell the Vet that we've seen videos and read about going a different route, he immediately seemed bothered and said "thats not how we do it here" based off of his tone we felt uneasy about the situation and asked how much this would run. He said he was going to have someone from the front bring us an estimate. The girls from the front came and showed me the estimate it came out to $723!!!! My husband and I discussed it and decided we would pay for the exam fee($40) and get a second opinion. I took my dog today to a different vet in Chino and I'm so glad I did. All my questions and concerns were answered they treated my dog with so much love checked not just one ear but both ears, temperature, eyes, teeth, heart, etc. when the vet looked in her ear, he couldn't see anything in there but what he did notice was liquid, he recommended draining the ear and have another set of eyes take a look. They took my babygirl to the back, doc came out and showed me he had pulled out the foxtail WITHOUT ANY ANESTHESIA, WITHOUT HAVING TO PUT MY BABY OUT!!! The best part I was charged $260 and was sent home with medication along with a follow up visit at no cost! Bottom line BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! Rant over! Nancy Morgutia

This was my first time using their services. And I had a nice experience having my kitty fixed. Will be using them again when in need of a vet.

This place was great. We got our puppy fixed and they were very knowledgeable and did alot of hand holding the whole way because we have never done this before. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend. Did I mention affordable? Great price included the meds needed afterwards.
