Kari was so thoughtful and kind with great customer service. I wanted some arrangements for teacher appreciation week to give to my son’s teachers. I wasn’t quite sure what to choose and Kari listened and did an excellent job making them perfect in every way. They were beautiful & kept well. I appreciated hearing her expertise & the floral arrangements were enjoyed by all. I will definitely be going back!

Ordered over the phone with an extremely kind lady that helped me with everything. The arrangement was beautiful and the delivery was smooth. Would definitely recommend!!

By far the most amazing flower arrangements in all of OC. My fiancé surprised me for our elopement a beautiful wedding bouquet - all the florist had to go by was my dress color and her creativity just flourished. Perfect mix of feminine and sophisticated. So beautiful that I had them preserved after. Fiancé says service was above and beyond and I couldn't be more thankful for botanica floral for putting the icing on an already perfect day.

Absolutely the BEST! Kari took my phone order with kindness and ease. Excellent communication and explanation of fresh flowers (having a florist choice) put together. After I was done, I wanted to give her a big hug! I know the arrangement is going to be beautiful and so appreciate her time in working with me (budget). Also, loved the fact that I've ordered from her in the past (I live in SD) and received a kind reminder email about an upcoming birthday. Yes! Thank you Kari and keep spreading the love, professionalism and quality

I'll start out by saying that I have had great experiences with Botanical Floral's arrangements and deliveries and my wife has always loved the flowers she has received. However, most recently I made an order over the phone but unfortunately had to cancel it the same day due to personal reasons. They at first said "yes" they were able to do it, no problem. But then moments later I see I got two missed calls and upon returning their call was told no, the arrangement had already been made so they "can't." My delivery was scheduled for tomorrow, and though they stated "all sales final" to me on the phone and on their website, their website also states that prior to delivery, they are able to do partial refunds. This would have been fine with me had I known during the call. However, at the time I was not told this and was instead given the ultimatum to either give it to someone else or to the original delivery. The flowers were delivered as scheduled and were lovely, just unwanted. I was left disappointed with this experience.

I spied this shop on a visit to friends in the area. I wanted to send them flowers for Thanksgiving, so I called this shop during a busy week and had a lovely conversation. She noted that they are excited about some green, white, bronze designs that they are making. I told her I wanted something more open and fluid than the typical design, An amateur designer, myself, all my friends in the trade tell me how happy they are to get an order with a price and a bit of free reign. This gorgeous creation is a week old and still looking fine.

Ordered from another state for a memorial service. They were exactly as pictured and the family receiving was blown away. 100% perfect. Thank you for making it easy to have gorgeous flowers delivered when we are from another state. Your sensitivity, creativity and timely delivery were all appreciated.

I couldn't be happier!! Kari and her team helped me out in a pinch when our regular florist had a family emergency. I had to scramble to get 3 centerpieces for a small dinner later that evening and also 6 centerpieces for a large dinner that weekend. Kari came through with flying colors... literally. They used premium flowers that were fresh and fragrant and the arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. Kari and Jennifer were wonderful to work with and truly saved the day!!

Exceptional customer service and very beautiful arrangements! I had a slight mixup, no fault of the florist, yet they were more than happy to help correct it! I will be using this florist again and again!

I am so happy to have found Botanica Floral! It can be hit or miss as you're not there to see the end result; this past holiday season there were 3 events I needed bouquets for, the first wasn't with Botanica Floral and I wasn't so thrilled with the contact/experience/follow up, so I went to Yelp and looked through reviews, pictures, websites and tried Botanica Floral and so glad I did! In this case, I was able to see the delivered arrangement and it was so stunning, I wish I had ordered it for our home! For the first order with Botanica Floral, there was a little mix up (nothing to do with Botanica Floral's actions) and Kari was so responsive and kind to help in any way she could; that kind of client focus is so greatly appreciated and for the next event that came up, Botanica Floral was a quick and easy choice and is definitely now my go-to! Thank you Kari and team for such beautiful creations and wonderful client service!

The owner Kari McGowan & her amazing, friendly, creative co-workers invite you to share your preferences (flowers, colors, height, textures) and then the magic begins! They create one of a kind beautiful floral arrangements and so much more! This is the centerpiece (photo attached) that they created for our Thanksgiving table -unique and gorgeous!
