Of three sales people working and only one other customer in the store on a Wednesday afternoon, not one of them even glanced up to greet me. Beautiful things in a beautiful store with an ugly attitude.

WORST customer service ever! I purchased several items at the store today, and when I returned home noticed one of the items was priced wrong (I purchased 2 of the same item) so I called them to ask for a credit for the difference and even though they acknowledged the mistake they made on my invoice, they refused to do the credit over the phone and I was told that I have to bring the items and receipt back to the store tomorrow to receive the credit! Really?! Ridiculous! These owners hold on to every penny like it's a manhole cover and they are the most overpriced store in CDM! I will be taking my shopping elsewhere.
