Bill Harvey, a senior tech master technician, was extremely kind and offered to take the keys to the car and hand it off to the tow truck when they came two hours later. This allowed our family to continue on our vacation with relatively little disruption. It was a completely unnecessary act of kindness and Bill was extremely generous with his time.
