Same I went a few years back and sarahi the owner seemed like she was more curious about my personal background instead of what I actually wanted done to my hair, and there was about4 other clients getting hair color as well sarahi would work on my hair then run around and work on others she left the bleach on sooo long that my hair started to break off when she washed out the chemicals because she was to worried about her other former clients haircolor coming out just right, I had mentioned to her that I was a New client seemed like she didn't hear me because she was to focused on her former clients because she was asking about their families this and that. Whole point of my complaint if yourstylist is jumping from head to head don't expect any good results. I had to cut my hair 3 times to completely take out all the bleach breakage.

Sarahi rocks!! She does an amazing job everytime! I never go to anyone else. Always friendly and willing to get you into an appointment as soon as possible!!
