As a widow it can be hard to find people that are willing to help an older woman. I am new to the area and moved to Cool after my husband died to be close to my family. The owner and manager of this facility were wonderful. They were also very patient with me teaching me how to work the gates locks and the door to my locker. I am very pleased with these folks and you will be too. I can drive right up to my unit. The parking lot is very clean with lots of security cameras. i feel very safe here.

Had to wait a bit until my unit size became available but worth the wait. Good prices, all drive up units with night time lighting. Very responsive to phones and e-mail. Professional, my kind of place.

Wonderful storage facility! Owners are always available, pleasant, and accommodating. Security and maintenance are everpresent and professional. Very clean facility with numerous unit sizes. Rates are excellent and rarely rise. Heck of a place!

As a company who helps seniors and individuals in trouble, we adopted a family of 5 girls who had lost their dad and husband in a horrific accident. I was called in from Dignity Health 3 years ago to help this family. Our company help them move and have been helping to assist this family in need. The family needed to move from their home in Cool in an emergency situation, and our company paid for her first month's rent at Cool Mini Storage so the mom could try to find another place to live. I did not sign a contract and was sent the next months bill. When I called the manager to inform him that I was not responsible for her storage, and they should call her to get payment from the contract person, the owner threatened me with a terrible business review, and indicated he would put a bad review on social media because he was a Silicon Valley retired Attorney. He hung up on my husband and I three times, threatened and yelled at us over the phone. I was so appalled by his domineer toward our company because the very act that is so intrinsic in our business is to help people, not pay their bills on a continuance basis. I was raised in Auburn CA and have NEVER had a business owner be so malicious and rude to people who have always been Altruistic in nature. Our company is backed by Dignity Health, Sutter, Kaiser, Sacramento Sheriffs Department and Placer County Adult Protective Services. I am devastated that a business owner would lash out at a company for a simple act of kindness over a storage unit payment for a month? I'm confused to his reasoning .My husband and I are beside ourselves over his abusive phone call and would never recommend this company to any person in need of a storage unit on a temporary or permanent basis.

I paid rent six months in advance, when I moved my things out I still had two months left of advanced payments, I informed them I had moved my things out, within a week I had a check for the remainder . Not only were they honest but the property was always clean and secure. If I need storage in that area I will definitely use them.
