Astound has been very proactive and helpful in getting our difficult installation completed. The underground conduits were blocked, and they managed to get the right team to clear them in just a few days. This was really important since cell service is not strong at our new home and office.

We work from home and rely total 100% on the internet. Everyday we have to deal with interruption several times, which is so annoying and inconvenient. Astound should up date their system in order to get more clients.
