Well organized store with very nice staff. I asked for a kinda urgent alteration and they did it in an hour, and were super nice about it.

Store is pretty big and well organized, but the staff are unhelpful and rude. Def won’t be back. Uniqlo’s ordering and returns are already a headache so I guess it’s time to find somewhere else to shop :/

I had to return a sweatsuit someone gave me for Christmas that didn't fit. Let's start with the good, y'all: - The staff member who assisted me was willing to allow me to exchange the merch sans receipt. - The staff member who assisted me was not a gargoyle, technically. - The store was relatively clean and tidy (although this was at 10:02 A.M., two minutes after they opened.) - Some of their clothes are cute! (When in stock.) Let's move on to what wasn't working for me: - The staff member who assisted me may not have technically been a gargoyle, but he was basically a statue engrossed in his phone/iPad thingie unable to move, so he could have been. - They didn't have ANYTHING left. Granted, this was at the beginning of the year, just after the holiday sales stripped every store of every item everywhere. But they were so bare bones I kind of wondered why they bothered opening their own doors that day. - Girl, if I have $1 change in a damn merchandise credit, give me my friggin' dollar bill and let it go. They legit gave me a $1 Uniqlo gift card, which essentially guarantees that you have to BUY something you wouldn't have previously spent money on just to use a damn $1 credit. The result: I'm still waiting to get a better idea of what Uniqlo has to offer me, because it can be pretty inconsistent.

All Uniqlo stores are an excellent look inside and outside. This one in Sunvalley Shopping Center is no exception. The store is spotless. All merchandise is very well displayed. Shopping in Uniqlo is an enjoyment! The store layout is pretty much the same as before the pandemic. The clothing they carry is similar to a few years ago. They're mostly very simple and comfortable designs. One of the significant differences between pre-pandemic and post-pandemic is the prices. The price of most of the items is higher than before. Also, they have way fewer items on sale and almost have nothing on clearance anymore! No more bargain items now! I still like comfortable clothes from Uniqlo. But I don't have to motivation to shop in the store anymore without the bargain items! Lol!

Horrible customer service. Horrible return policy. They won't let us return a jacket we bought at another store. Only exchange. Horrible experience all around
