I am really disappointed in this location. I arrived on time for a haircut and there was no one at the front desk, just one person serving another client. I waited 10 minutes and had to go over to tell them that I had an appointment 10 minutes ago and the person didn't even know. The person's attitude showed that she was overwhelmed and she proceeded to wash my hair which she did very quickly in 5 minutes, put the conditioner on and immediately took it out. She then went to the chair and I followed her because she didn't say anything to me. She asked me what kind of cut I wanted and I told her straight above the shoulders, she proceeded to cut and I noticed that she cut it below the shoulders which is the opposite of what I told her (she gave me an explanation that I didn't understand) then she proceeded to dry my hair and it was clear that she was an apprentice and didn't know how to blowdry hair or was learning because she pulled my hair a lot. And the blowdrying could have been better. I know I paid the lowest price but $47 isn't a small amount either. The truth is that I was dissatisfied with the service and I would like my money back. Ulta owners, if you are not going to have staff to attend the hair salon, then eliminate the hair salon area from all stores.

Last weekend we visited the mall and stopped at my favorite place Ulta, We enjoyed our visit. we were helped by Shanae! She did a great job helping me find the right match for my foundation. She is very knowledgeable and is very welcoming. I will definitely come back!

I just went to buy a perfume immediately and the girl was kind, she helped me smell some men's perfumes, although it seems strange to me that the samples are not outside the glass like in Arizona, anyway I just went to buy the perfume and the place It was clean and organized.

Went in and got amazing customer service. I got color matched and recommended products I was interested in. I felt heard which was nice. I then went to go checkout, my total was $97 and I had a $50 gift card I just received for my birthday. The gal scratches for the PIN number and enters into the system. Not working and tries 4 more times with no results. She calls for her manager to come over, as she does the same exact thing. Zero help to solve this issue. I have the receipt of proof of purchase of the $50 gift card. She tells me to call customer service since she can't do anything. I'm very frustrated at this point, as I was excited to have foundation for my birthday lunch. The manager doesn't solve the problem, leaves to help another customer. I leave buying nothing and feel there should and could of been a way to handle this situation..

I got my hair done by Lilia and I unfortunately was very bummed out, as this was my birthday hair. While talking she was very nice but the first red flag was that she looked at the picture for a second didn't really acknowledge it and i was like oh she must be very confident. I did tell her I wanted to keep my dark roots and wanted a money piece in the front and it feels like i told her the complete opposite. I do want to mention i have black box dye so I knew I wasn't going to lift well but it is not at all close to what I asked for, at least the dimension. I paid for the service and she gave me a great haircut but the color was not it

This location is offputting to save the lease. Majority of the staff here are really rude and just overall really dismissive. And the ones that aren't rude usually are not very knowledgeable when it comes to black hair products or black hair knowledge. Which is fine because I rather deal with a sweet person who doesn't know a lot versus someone who's rude and dismissive. Another experience I had, which it's not really a terrible experience. It's kind of a funny one, but it also just shows the lack of knowledge that this place employs. I was shopping for products that suited my hair type (3c-4a) and this lighter complexion lady came up to me trying to help me, but she was trying to sell me a Dyson air wrap and stated that it would be great for my hair. Like ma'am do you not see the curls and coils on my head, with all due respect that's not meant for my hair loll. But yeah I try to not come here and only go to the one in Brentwood but sometimes they don't have products that are available in Brentwood so then this one will just have to do.

Imy daughter love to come here but she says the testers are always stolen or dirty and unsanitary which bother me as a father. she cannot properly test her product which are very pricey so i feel she deserve it

Was doing the last of my holiday shopping today and stopped by here today to see if they had some of the skin care products I've been eyeing online since it was in the area. I was able to find everything I needed/was looking for pretty quickly. As it is right around Christmas, the lines were longer than usual but the employees were friendly worked quickly/efficiently. I got through and was on my way back to my car but (dumbly) realized I forgot to use my 20% off coupon (sigh). So...I popped back in and asked if I could still use it and they got that taken care of (had to return and then redo the transaction) super quickly! :]
