I ordered a new iPhone 11 online to accept a special upgrade option as a current Sprint customer and was scheduled to pick it up at the local Concord store today at 12:45 pm. When I got there I was greeted cordially by Mariah Baker and I gave her the confirmation number for my order and told her I was there to pick up my new phone. Unfortunately somehow the order wasn't in the system, which was troubling. But Ms. Baker helped me make a phone call to the Sprint online support and after consulting with them, we decided the best way to help me get a phone today would be to cancel the order and work with Ms. Baker to get a phone today, but with the same "deal" that I had with Sprint online. It took a while, but Mariah calmly and efficiently helped me go from what could have been a difficult and frustrating experience and helped me walk out the door with a new iPhone 11 with all my data transferred and with it all set up for me, including facial recognition, a screen protector (which she very nicely installed for me) in a new Otter case (which she also installed for me). Thank you Mariah! You're awesome!!

If I could put negative stars for how sprint customer service and the sales person handled this, I would make it -5 stars. Purchased a boost speaker from a Sales Rep by the name of Danielle or Daniella at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, Ca in October 2019. I didn't want to buy it, unless there was something in it for me. I wasn't gonna pay $17 a month to have this accessory, so I asked if there was something she could do for me to help knock off some of the cost. She said she could add discounts to the account to where the price was $1 a month cost to me. Now there's a deal I couldn't pass up. My friend who was with me said do it. So I got it, and I had them hold onto it while I was having fun at the park. Went and picked it up when I was leaving, and took it home. Had this erie feeling something wasn't right. Used maybe 3-4 times in the 1st couple weeks. Then I got my bill. Yup, I was lied to, just to get a sale. I called the Sprint customer service number to discuss the matter with them, and the called the store and tried to locate the person who sold me the bag of rotten goods so to say, and the CSR on the phone said I needed to speak to the manager, who wasn't there. He then asked me if I can just go to the store to speak to them, and I told him numerous times, I live in Sacramento and I am not planning to go back to that area for some time. He told me he would have the manager call me on Nov 11, 2019 @10am. So I waited for his call, but I never received it. I finally called customer service back after a month, and told them everything that happened, again, and in their notes, the CSR person on the phone put it in the notes that I would be showing up to this mall location that is almost 2 hours from where I live on veterans day, when I have to work. Are you kidding me??? So he ended up telling me that since this is a store and employee issue, that they can't do anything for me. I told him, then I will not pay for this item and will be returning it asap to a local store, and I wanted my account credited for the amount charged, and also any late fees I accrued because of this employee who decided to lie just to get a commission sale. Unfair sales practice and Sprint is no longer backing there satisfaction guaranteed motto that they are using in their commercials and signage. After 15+ years with them, I'm now done with them! I'll be switching cell carriers. No employees are held accountable anymore for their actions, and are allowed to lie through their teeth to the customer just get a commission. Effing ridiculous!

My fiancé & I were looking to merge our accounts to save us both some money. Went into this Sprint store to get some rough numbers and whatnot so that we could then go to T-Mobile & ask them the same thing. They were very friendly until we told them we were going to talk to T-Mobile & see what the price difference was, the workers started immediately bad talking T-Mobile & their pricing. Saying all this stuff about down payments & a bunch of stuff they turned out to not be true. We did end up switching me over to T-Mobile. Mostly because it was, in fact less money, not only to do the switch today but, also monthly. When I went back into the Sprint store to turn in my phone I had been leasing, they told me that I had to port out my number before they could take the phone, which the T-Mobile representative that we were working with said was false (she used to work for Sprint) & the T-Mobile rep was worried that Sprint was trying to screw me out of being able to return the phone cuz that's not the normal way it was done before. I ended up being able to port out my number & then return the phone but, when I did the store manager gave me a bit of grief about it being a refurbished phone that I got through them because mine had gotten stolen, last year & I had to pay over $200 to replace the stolen phone. They also told me after I switched over to T-Mobile & was returning my refurb that I had to pay 2 more months of service for whatever reason. I was so fed up at the end that I just said whatever just deactivate my account. It ended up working out & they took the phone back but, it was a lot of run around that I feel was unnecessary just for me to shut my account down. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. The store manager, Alex or Alexandra G, even made some rude remarks about how the T-Mobile rep came down "telling them how to do their job" which was not the case, she was just looking out for me so I didn't get screwed over. And then Alex even said "now you can go show T-Mobile the receipt" as we walked out of the Sprint store. Ultimately I feel like the sprint representatives acted very unprofessional & everyone should know because I regret doing business with them at this point.

Evelyn C. was a huge help getting service set up, phone discounts, data transfers, and bill credits. She took time to explain all our options and was friendly and patient. It was a great experience all around.

I've called for two days strait now almost once every 20 min and not ONE PERSON ANSWERED THEIR PHONES AND STILL HASNT . Get it together or atleast nswer and place the people on hold !

I stop by today regarding a boho deal from 2 cellphones and starting with the manager actitud and the employee I just walked even more upset that when I walked in!! People need to take a customer service training for this type of work, or if you're unhappy with it get a nother job!!!

I went to this store today and was very disappointed with the service. Sprint store personnel gave the impression that I was bothering them and asking them to do things I should be doing. All I wanted was to have my new phone activated and have data transferred from my old phone. I got the feeling I was imposing on them. Ultimately they did transfer some info but not all of it and then the reset my old phone. I was upset and now I have to figure out how to override this with a backup I made. I have been to the Dublin, CA store and they were able to do it in the past with no problem. Unfortunately I moved to Concord CA and this store was more convenient. I will never go to this store again and strongly suggest no one else use it unless they want problems!

I wish I could give them negative stars -5 Stars They are bunch of liars, giving you misinformation and misleading you to a contract to rip you off. They actually steal your money.
