12/09/2023. Was there at 9:20am checked in. Another person walked in after 10 min and was taken immediately by female staff member without letting me know the reasons why she took that person in. I can understand if this was appointment person maybe but without letting someone waiting know.. mind you I am the only one sitting there for the past 15min. These guys are lacking serious customer service and communication. Let alone didn’t seems to think it matter at all to talk to the customer already sitting there. I have been going to this place on and off .. but dude this the first I see them with this type of customer service. I have the left . Without saying anything. In my opinion they should learn how to engage and talk to customers that are waiting it’s now 9:45 and I have left.

First thing I said to the lady was “please leave my bangs long.” I sat down with 2” of bangs and left with 1/2” of bangs. I expressed how unhappy I was and she still made me pay $31 for the terrible haircut! I drove all the to Clayton from Brentwood because the Brentwood store was too busy. Won’t make that mistake again.

They need more professional people like that black lady the first time I was here I love it even last week i didn’t go anywhere else because I was late and they are closing but the second time this man with tattoos he needs more training I’m not gonna come back here again

I had an amazing experience! Luis is one of the best barbers I have seen. He did such a good job! Good conversations and a great all around haircut! I couldn’t be more happy!!

Very bad service, I made an appointment for my son online (5:00 pm) and they sent us a message that we had to be there at 5:16 we arrived at 5:15 because it takes 15 minutes to arrive and as soon as we arrived they told us There was no one to help us anymore, the only girl who was there was finishing another child but she said she didn't have time for us and there was no one else on the list or in the place but she simply didn't want to help us, and it's not the first time. On another occasion they said that it was already late and that they would not attend to them because it was 5:00 pm and they had personal things to do, then why the schedule says that they close at 6 if they do not want to provide service after 5 ?

Mess my hair up every time. Decided to give them another chance because I leave for my honeymoon tomorrow and the check in says “come in to be seated”. Foolishly i drive 30+ minutes for the girl to say she’s booked and everyone else already left…. 4 hours early. Nail in the coffin for me. I will not be back and recommend you don’t either

I went to get a haircut and asked for an inch off the top. The stylist ended up getting my hair cut down to finger length. This happened to me 3 times. Not all stylists do this, it’s one in particular. This was the third time it happened, so I reached out via a survey and had 0 response from the management team. Amazing service! I needed to get a haircut last minute on a Sunday afternoon, and other locations near me had over a 2 hour wait. I was however able to come in, and get seated almost immediately! The stylist Diana worked with me to determine how we were going to cut my hair based on my preferences, and it ended up looking fantastic. She was attentive, kind, and made great conversation the entire time. I'll definitely be coming back when I need my next cut!Service: Haircut

They will intentionally put off having to cut kids hair. After checking in online they told us to head there and that there was 15 mins until our appointment. We ending up waiting an hour while person after person went ahead of us because they didn't want to cut a child's hair. We ended up leaving. So unprofessional and rude. Go anywhere but here if you have kids.Service: Kids' cuts

I logged in using the website as requested, website said there was no wait, come on down. Took me about 8 minutes from door to door. When I arrived I was told "We're closing, not sure why it let you log in?" I asked when they close, I was told they start closing at 5:40pm, I asked what time it was, she said 5:41pm and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I wont be back, If they don't want my business they wont get it. Some of the cutters are very good, very nice, but the service has gone downhill in the last couple of years, I wont return. After 8-10 years I'll find a place that wants my business.
