Sears washer and dryer technicians. Very very very bad service book appointment and no show. I call the office. No one pick up the phone. Everyone seen my this review. Please don't buy any electric from Sears department warranty. They have very bad service.

Store is clean, much better shelf stick than before Christmas. Selections are limited tool wise. I wish Sears would be "Back"

It’s kinda creepy. From the outside it looks abandoned and once inside it doesn’t get any better. It rather looks like what I picture to be a department store in a communist country like Venezuela or North Korea. It smells bad and the barely have items for sell. I feelsorry for the employees, that place must suck the life out of them just from spending more than 1 hr a day there

Coming back here, i don't know what it was, but it was a surreal, strange feeling. The store being nearly empty was unsettling at first, but the more time I walked through there, the more I listened to the music, and really took in the place, I felt at peace. I don't know what it is about stores like this, but it makes me feel so peaceful. I really can't put my finger on it, but it felt oddly comforting, like I was a child once more, when I would go to department stores like this with my mom. I can't say I didn't tear up a bit as I roamed the floors, just taking everything in, or as I'm writing this review. And after spending the whole day at the mall, walking, exploring, this felt like an appropriate end to the day. Y'know, there's nothing very special about this place, which is what makes it so special to me. And the little watch repair booth on the underground floor....man it not only made me feel warm inside, but also tore me up inside that it wasn't getting more business. Especially the old man who was working the little booth when I was there, he seemed so kind and wholesome, so it hurt to see no one was going there. You best believe if I had a watch I would go here if it broke. The experience was so liminal and surreal (in a good way). There were random empty shelves forming little pens, which little me would've loved to play around in. There was one hallway with wooden doors and stairs at the end, it honestly felt like it had its own story to tell. I felt sad, since when I was there, there were probably only around 30 people in there including the staff, but it took seeing some kids playing around there, on the display beds, playing hide and seek to make my day. I gotta say, it felt strangely peaceful, a big, quiet haven from all the noise and busyness of the mall. I honestly felt like I wanted to curl up in a ball, reminisce about my childhood, and cry. Look what this world has become.....pronouns, people thinking there's more than two genders, war....why can't we go back to the simpler times. I am full blown tears now. Wow, who knew a good venting space would be Google maps. I know not many people will read this, in fact, probably not anyone. And even though that's the case, I'm at least happy I got to get all this out. And if anyone from this Sears is reading this, please give a shout-out to the guy at the watch repair shop. Please...please don't let this store go out of business, I already lost many other stores I have had a personal, childhood connection and memories with...Target...Kmart...Rite-Aid. Please Sears, don't let me lose you too....I can't take that damage. Please, I'm begging you. Honestly, going back after so long, it felt almost like a religious experience. Please don't leave me Sears, I plan to bring my kids here in the future, and show them this beauty of a store, and have them experience the same feeling I felt returning here. Wow...I am full blown sobbing now....I really need to get out more. Well, if you're still reading this, thank you, for listening to me vent. I really appreciate you. And if anyone from Sears is reading, thank you for the memories, please, don't leave me, I love this store. Please Sears, please. I have to go now....godspeed. Edit: I was extremely drunk while writing this

Out of bankruptcy this Sears survived. The Auto Center is closed. The store lacks proper lighting and merchandise. The clothes are poor branded, doesn't even offer Levi's.This is a very sad store and should be put to rest with the rest of the Sears/Kmart brand.Makes me sad to write this since I was a big time Sears fan. CEO ran it into the dirt and bought Sears assess for pennies on the dollar. His motto was to drive the company into the ground and buy it for as cheap as possible.

I love this store! Unfortunately, it seems to be in decline. The store was mostly empty when I visited (more employees than customers), which I don’t mind (no lines at checkout). I got some great deals (80% off some work boots)! The store seems to lack stock, and things are super spread out so the store doesn’t have big empty sections. Seems like it will be out of business soon unless they get more inventory and customers.

Believe it or not, they have great shape wear here!! And it was on sale & way better than the expensive Macy's ones. The quality & make blows Victoria Secret and Macy's out of the water! I was shocked to even have found shape wear that good in Sears. Highly recommend & worth the buy. Let's not forget the ladies helping me at the counter. They were so sweet & helpful. Didn't miss a beat helping me even when I lost my purse for a second. ❤️❤️❤️❤️thank you!!!

If this place isn't going out or business, it will be soon. The staff on the tools floor was utterly unhelpful and rude. He came to us twice asking if we had any questions, but had absolutely zero knowledge about the products they're selling. His attitude was terrible. When we asked if the store was closing down seeing everything being marked down, he replied loudly "HOW DO I KNOW". YOU came to us asking if we had questions. I never wanted to dislike Sears simply due to the sentimental reasons, but this location will 100% go out of business if their employees are treating customers like this! No way we're going to step in this store ever again!

Well they don't have much staff to help at all departments, they don't answer the phone for the departments. If you are trying to buy something you cannot be in a hurry. It's happens they are nice though.
