We had our windshield replaced due to a crack and the installer, Michael, from Satellite did a great job. The windshield was glass directly from Toyota.

Prices are outrageous and wait times are ridiculous. Stay away and go support your local california glass repair on Verne roberts circle in antioch ca. They come to you on the same day and only cost 250 instead of 500 for the same window and on top of that they also tint your window for you which safelite doesn't. So on top of their pricing and wait times , you would be riding around with your window not tinted until you can get a appointment to get it done at the shop which is an extra day off work we all don't have the luxury of taking... safe lite is the worst.

Had appointment, arrived on time,was told it would take 1-1.5 hours so I decided to stay. After about 40 minutes I was told the person going to replace my windshield was going on their lunch break and would do the work when they got back. Checked my car after another 50 min and it hadn’t even been moved into a bay yet. I asked for my car keys back and decided to go somewhere else. A very disorganized place. I wasn’t the only customer having problems that day.

Don't even see how this company stays in business. No attention to detail, rude staff, not on time accordingly, finished product defective. Take your business to another glass shop

Twice I had an appointment and arrived before the appointment time and the staff replied that there was no product so why did they make an appointment for me?? too bad about the seẻvice

Made an appointment online and scheduled to have a tech come to my house to do the repair. It was about a week out from booking the appointment, and that was okay. The day of my appointment, I received a call saying my part had not come in, and I would need to reschedule. I was a bit disappointed but understood and made my appointment another week and a half out. The day of my newest appointment, I got a call saying they don't even know what they are doing with my car and asked me to verify. I had told the tech what was being worked on, and she said she was on my way to my residence. About 5 minutes later, I get another call saying they don't have the part, never ordered the part, and it wasn't even something they fixed. At this point, I was confused as I had email confirmations and was told the part was on order? I forwarded the emails to the tech so she could show her manager. After a few hours, I got a text back saying they were able to order it and fix my mirror. At that point, I went to another business and had the mirror put in the next day.Terrible ran business. I was lied to and was told the part was ordered but never was. They don't even know what windows and mirrors they work on, as I was told they don't replace side mirrors. Yet I had a work order and email correspondence with safelite saying they do.Do yourself a favor and take your business just down the road to NOVUS glass. Read the reviews here and then read theirs, and you will be glad you went to them.

Had my front window replaced. I didn’t wait so it took about 5-6 hours to complete. Not a big deal. Work appears to be fine. No issues and staff was friendly.

Nothing against the company but I had an appointment at 9:30 with an estimate of an hour 30 for it all to be done, my truck didn’t enter the bay till 11:45, people who got here after me had their cars worked on before mine which is unprofessional in my opinion. There doing their jobs but the time management needs to be worked on

Before they get you into the office. When you schedule your appointment via the robotic AI interface. Everything is prompt and timely and clear and concise. Do not let them talk you into dropping your car off, especially if you have a convertible and you take a taxi home and you get a call that says OGI can't load your convertible and you walk the guy through it and he says I still can't get it done and my suggestion is ask a co-worker? I hear nothing else, no other phone calls, no voicemails left. I let them know. I had to go to work that night. 5 hours later, I call for an update. They don't answer their phone. Their relay office sends them an email. And I get a call at 2 in the afternoon. Telling me oh, my guys been trying to call you all day. That he can't get the glass. There are other safelite companies in the BayArea use them. Do not use this 2655 Monument office . I counted no fewer than 6 supposed technicians at work this morning at 7:30. And now I'm being told At two p m none of them could figure outhow to lower the convertible on my car to repair the windshield. They couldn't disengage the soft top to repair the windshield. I wish them well.
