Thinking of remodeling our home so stopped by to get inspiration. Rebeka was incredibly helpful and patient with our many questions. You can tell she has years of experience and strives for excellence. Had a lot of great tips. Will be back if we move forward with the remodel.

We recently had our main bathroom remodeled by Palazzo and couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the result! We were impressed immediately when we walked into their showroom one afternoon, expecting to learn a little about their company and then schedule an appointment to speak with someone about our project. We were welcomed by one of their designers, Kiersti, who listened to an overview of our project, gave us a tour of the showroom and explained the overall process to us right then. That was a great introduction to their wonderful company! We usually try to get multiple quotes on a project, but we were so impressed that we decided to just go with Palazzo and we made the right decision. The process that Kiersti laid out was exactly how it unfolded. She came out to our house to see the room, listen to our ideas and give us her expert suggestions for the space. We then scheduled a visit with her back in the showroom to choose the fixtures and materials from their vast selection of samples. Kiersti then drew up the design plans and we went in one final time to review and sign the contract. Their start dates were running about 3 months out at that point and about 3 months later, they were ready to start as promised. Art was our project manager and he is a gem! He has a wealth of experience, clearly an expert in high quality construction and just a super nice guy to work with! He also runs a very tight ship. Scheduling the workers ran like clockwork for the most part, with very little downtime during the project. Small hiccups in the construction process were rectified immediately. The requisite building inspections by the city were scheduled by Art and ran so smoothly. My husband wanted to build the vanity himself. Kiersti and Art were ready and willing partners in that endeavor, providing appropriate building measurements so the vanity would coordinate with the plumbing, sink, fixtures and countertop. Worked out great! The Palazzo workers are the best of the best, doing incredible work. Jorge the tile installer is an artist! They all worked very hard and the project moved along quickly. They left the job site incredibly clean and organized at the end of each day, reflecting pride in their work and the company. The beautiful rain glass shower door was fashioned by Bath Concepts Shower Enclosures Inc. Branden and his crew came out to measure and then returned to install the door. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Their turnaround time on the shower door was very quick and the finished project is stunning! The whole project was finished on time and there were no additional cost surprises or changes to the original contract. Their pricing seemed very fair to us, especially in light of such high quality construction with no cut corners whatsoever. A big thanks to Kiersti, Art and their crew for doing such a terrific job. Would highly recommend!

I went with my parents to start looking at products for my kitchen remodel. When we entered, the man sitting behind the desk did not not acknowledge us so I asked if was ok if we look around and he replied 'yes' and went back to what he was doing. At no point we were there did he ask if we needed any information or assistance. We went to another place where we were helped and had much nicer looking product and displays as well. I would not recommend spending your time going to Palazzo, there are other good options in the area.

We've had an excellent experience with Palazzo for two projects 13 years apart! They did a stellar job with our Silestone kitchen countertop back in 2011 (still looks amazing), and we couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and attention to detail they gave to our quartz countertops and shower as part of a recent bathroom remodel. Also really pleased we went with a line of cabinetry they offer (Bertch) for the vanity; it's super well made and just stunning, as are the tile selections they helped us with. Finally, I can't say enough good things about Felipe and Kiersti, who are knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and just a pleasure to work with. We will use Palazzo again, for sure.

I love my new kitchen!
A friend recommended Palazzo for our kitchen renovation, and I am glad we listened. Felipe was accessible any time we had questions or needed guidance. He helped us select materials that worked with our budget and style considerations. Anytime there were any hiccups Felipe came through with multiple options to keep our project on track. Now we have a kitchen we are proud of. The next project will be the bathrooms and we are definitely coming back to Palazzo for that.

5 star isn't a high enough rating. For many years I've been reading horror stories about contractors who stiff you, are late, do poor work. To say we were concerned on our first kitchen remodel would be an understatement. But, I have to say (loudly) that our full kitchen remodel has been a dream project from beginning to end. Palazzo was helpful (and not pushy) with all the selections and only ventured an opinion on our choices when asked. They took total control of the planning, scheduling, manufacturing and installing of the kitchen components. With a pattern quartz top, matching the flow lines is very difficult. They got it exactly right. The counter patterns flow seamlessly into the back splash and over the edges. Their work crews were friendly, polite, and all around great. They cleaned meticulously after every day. Palazzo hit every production date on time. When they said 8am they knocked on the door at precisely 8am. They even recommended an outstanding cabinet refinisher and scheduled his work to dovetail with theirs. I told Filipe Franca I wanted my total responsibility to be to open the door for them when they started and close it when they were done. He did exactly that. We had ZERO stress during the whole project.

Highly endorse Palazzo Kitchen & Bath's. Quality work and amazing customer service. I worked with Kiersti & Felipe (Owner) and they were fantastic throughout the process. We really loved the Cambria Quartz they offered, a beautiful high end material that other places don't offer. Looking forward to the opportunity of doing another project with them in the future!

EXCELLENT service. Kind, reliable, knowledgeable people. Palazzo carries GREAT quality on bath and kitchen supplies and designs. Small and effective showroom. Felipe (owner), is very helpful, knowledgeable, and cares about your project. Palazzo is an excellent choice when remodeling, or designing a new space.

Stopped by the store to pick out a new bath. Worst customer service. Nobody knows any prices. Employee brought a catalog from somewhere to check on faucet prices, could not figure it out. Ended up telling us that brand is "bad anyways". Asked for a price check on the vanity, were told "probably $2000 for a top and probably same on the vanity". What kind of price check is that?? Waste of time out of a busy day.

I had my kitchen remodeled last month and couldn't be more pleased! Great customer service from beginning to end. Jerry helped me pick out the countertop, back splash, etc and was responsive and understanding throughout the year long process (it took me a while to figure out exactly what I wanted.) Once the work commenced Arturo and his fantastic team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They always arrived on time, and were both proactive and thoughtful throughout the remodel process. I elected to work with a local cabinet maker so coordination with the cabinet maker was essential. Again, seamless and so impressive. A shout out to Leo who handed electrical, paint, installation of new appliances and much more he was highly competent and kind...a winning combination for something like this. The end product is gorgeous and greatly improved the appearance and functionality of my kitchen.A special thank you to the team for all of their hard work.
