I called this business because I needed to request a certificate Of insurance so all I needed was an email address to send my request. Their website states they open at 8 am and no answer. So about an hour and a half and 10 calls later I get an answer and The lady that answers the phone is so rude, started yelling saying oh my god why don't u leave a message just leave a message. First of all, this is a business and I need to speak with someone directly. I've dealt with hundreds of insurance agency's and never ever have I ran into a situation like this. I get it, people have bad days but don't go taking it on customers. Is this how she treats people when they don't leave a message? Wow!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
