Tiffani was amazing agent. She was Super attentive and patient with us being that we were first time homeowners. She made the process extremely seamless always communicating with us. Whenever we had questions, she always answered them no matter how many times we asked her the same question because the whole process was overwhelming for us.

I am so impressed with the amount of support we received throughout the process. From almost a year ago when we were just beginning to understand the process to when we finally closed on our first home. Felicia was there explaining the different steps and making sure we understood what to expect and our options which truly helped us get to the decisions that were best for our situation. This is my 3rd time working with Mason-Mcduffie Mortgage and have always been taken care of by Felicia Battaglia. She goes above and beyond my expectations. She always keeps me in the loop during the process and answers all my questions. We got my loan to close in less than a month! I would highly recommend this lender . They now have an online app that makes the process much easier to apply and monitor the progress of your loan application.
