I trust Dave and his team and feel like they got us a great rate. He is very experienced. The process was fast and easy. We ended up with the same deal and rate he initially promised (I've had the details change last minute when I worked with other companies). In addition, unexpectedly he paid some of the fees for us. We are a repeat customer and they did a great job!

My Husband and I started working with Richmond Chester in 2021! We had property title issues and cleared them up in 2022. We decided to get the ball rolling again in March 2023. In April we ordered our home. Richmond worked closely with us during the process. We also dealt with BJ Banks and Stacey Hawkins. They were all professional and quick to respond. We just closed our home loan today and are ready to move into our new home!! I HIGHLY recommend any Land Home Financial Service. If each office has employees like Richmond, BJ, and Stacey then you’re in good hands! They care about you and will definitely take care of you from start to finish!!

Derek was referred to us by a friend after we weren’t happy with the Credit Union we were using and I’m so glad we made the decision to go through him. He is everything we could’ve asked for in a lender. He was great to work with. He is super knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, & was very helpful throughout the entire process. Never deal with mark he is the worst officer you could have. Kim is fantastic tho. Mark gets mad and starts cussing and threatening to back out of the loan. company is great DONT DEAL WITH MARK!!! Will make moving worse than it already is!

If I could give a 0 star I would. The lender in Shreveport Louisiana Tricia kept lying to us the entire process. Had to call the corporate office to find out what was going on. The closing happened two weeks late. If she just would have communicated what was going on it would have been okay. But she kept saying “we are close hopefully tomorrow”. Well that was not the case. Then there was Adam who is in Florida who had his hand in the pot which almost busted the deal. In 28 years of being in real estate I would never ever recommend this company for your lending needs. They don’t get along within their company which means how will they work for you. Find another lender
