I recently updated our laundry room. One of the final touches was a quartz countertop for the sink cabinet. As the cabinet was only 42" my original plan was to have them use a leftover piece of quartz to fabricate the top to my measurements and install it myself. Eva was very helpful when I stopped by the showroom on two occasions. When the room was ready for the countertop I realized it would be much better to just buy a whole piece and let JQ do the measure and install. I am happy that I did! I had them use some of the leftover for a top on a wire shelving unit. The installer who came out did a stellar job. Very happy! IN 2018 JQ supplied cabinets and installed the countertops for a kitchen update that I did before selling my home. They are still doing quality work at affordable prices.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Shortly after instalation the granite started cracking. I had to take them to the contractors board to force them to adress the situation. I was in the middle of a remodel and my choice of JQ to install my granite was a huge mistake.Service: Kitchen countertop installation

Was a nice visit here took a look at many different tile and kitchen counters, so many to choose from , the price was pretty reasonable too not too expensive. There was a lady there thy helped answer all my question an concerns which was very nice and made it very easy to work with.

JQ is the best! We needed a custom size bathroom vanity and our search led us to them. Eva was professional and patient with all of our questions and concerns. They had great suggestions and they had just the perfect quartz counter top to meet our needs and exceed our expectations. The installers did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier. These folks are consistently easy to work with. I've used their services professionally several times, and was always pleased with the job they did. So when it came time to replace our counters and backsplash, they had the job in the bag. They're consistently less expensive than their competitors, and their work is fantastic! The crew is clean, fast and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

We were able to get a quote very quick via email and we were quite surprised at the lower prices but we decided it wasn't for us after visiting the showroom. JQ Kitchen and Bath has a large warehouse show room but selection is very limited. Color and style is not great but fine if it is what you are looking for. We wanted bright white cabinets but they only offered a creamy color

We recently had our kitchen counters redone and our sink, cook top and range hood replaced. JQ's employees came properly equipped, had a plan of attack for the project, and executed it with expert efficiency and skill. Their manager also communicated with us in a timely way, really unusual in this day and age in our experience. The workers don't schmooze with the customer like many do, but they do ask the correct questions as to preference when important option are part of the picture. Otherwise, they are all business. Over the past 40 years we have had many contractors. This was perhaps the best performance of any. On time, on budget. And the budget was very reasonable based on what we had found elsewhere. I am a tough critic, but JQ deserves the five stars for our job.

My husband and I had owned our home for a few years when we finally decided to do an kitchen upgrade (just counter, sink, and back splash) to increase the value of our home. There were some issues with ordering materials and since we had no experience doing a kitchen remodel, the process was a little frustrating. We had to make several last-minute decisions the day of the install so we would not have to postpone the project and lead to more expenses. JQ came up with good solutions on the spot and we were very happy with the result at the time of completion. It has now been about two and half years since we installed quartz counter tops in our kitchen and while I still LOVE everything we picked, there have been two main issues:1) The main slab of the counter top cracked a year after install. We contacted JQ and they came to look at the crack, explaining that it can happen with exposure to heat and there is nothing they can do but seal the crack2) The seal between slabs as well as the seal between the slab and the back splash is coming apart, which might just happen with time, but it seems like it should last longer than 2 years.This was our first big splurge on a remodel and we were hoping to do the bathrooms next. Unfortunately, we have to figure out how to fix the kitchen so our upgrades actually ADD value to the home before we can move on to the bathrooms.

We found the perfect bathroom vanity at JQ. They ordered it, and held in their shop until we were ready for delivery. When JQ arrived for the install, there was an issue with our existing plumbing placement. The crew was able to quickly come up with a solution, and re-route on the spot. The team stayed late into the evening, ensuring the vanity was installed that day. They took great care, delivering a very professional job. So pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend their services.

Recently went in for an estimate. I am on a tight budget and did explain that. Once we went into the warehouse, I was very disappointed in the lack of choices. We were only shown a few things we could consider for our kitchen. No granite at all. Fortunately we went to the Home Show in Pleasanton and met with another kitchen company. The price was nearly 40% less and the kitchen is beautiful, with granite! It is worth taking the time to shop around!
